The usable area of the building is 1570,5 m². ground-floor building, not covered with flat, double-fall roof covered with papa. An object of reinforced concrete, prefabricated support structure. In addition to the commercial premises, there is a service and storage area and a garage. According to the construction project, a project covering the following stages is necessary to obtain the optimal amount of electricity produced for the company: Stages of implementation: 1.Development of technical documentation 2. Purchase and installation of technical infrastructure 3. Purchase and installation of photovoltaic installations The project is included in the SZOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 due to the support and production of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of Warmia and Mazury region. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy znamionowej 39,88 kW do produkcji energii elektrycznej z odnawialnych źródeł energii – energii słonecznej, na potrzeby firmy LEGRAMET Leszek Janeczek do zasilania instalacji odbiorczych w budynku hali przemysłowej zlokalizowanym przy ul. Rybnej 15 w Elblągu. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej projektuje się na dachu budynku skierowanym w kierunku południowym pod katem 25°. Inwestycja realizowana będzie na terenie działki ew. nr 1/26 obręb 0021 znajdującej się w miejscowości Elbląg, gmina Elbląg, której Wnioskodawca jest właścicielem na podstawie Aktu Notarialnego Rep. A nr 7054/2006 z dnia 28.11.2006 r. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynku wynosi 1570,5 m2. budynek parterowy, niepodpiwniczony z płaskim, dwuspadowym dachem krytym papą. Obiekt o żelbetonowej, prefabrykowanej konstrukcji nośnej. W budynku znajduje się oprócz pomieszczeń handlowych część usługowa i magazynowa oraz garaż. Zgodnie z projektem budowlanym dla uzyskania optymalnej ilości wyprodukowanej energii elektrycznej na potrzeby przedsiębiorstwa niezbędna jest realizacja projektu obejmującego następujące etapy realizacji: Etapy realizacji: 1.Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej 2.Zakup i montaż infrastruktury technicznej 3.Zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej Projekt wpisuję się w zał. określone w SZOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na wspierani i wytwarzanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu Warmii i Mazur.
