| Property / summary: The project consists of the construction of a photovoltaic power plant of up to 40 kW. The installation will be installed on the roof of a residential building located on plot No 152/44 located within the geodesic to Nibork No 11 in Kozak Mła, the municipality of Sorkurate, Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. The applicant is the owner of the property on which the project will be carried out. The applicant has declared its intention to carry out the works. Once the financing agreement has been signed, the applicant will select the contractor to supply and assemble the solar panels. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM 2014-2020, i.e. the realisation of the investment will increase the share of RES in the overall energy balance of the region. The production of electricity from newly built renewable installations and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions will take place. The photovoltaic installation shall not exceed 2MWe/MWth. Energy will be used for its own purposes. The beneficiary is an entrepreneur. (English) / rank | |||

Projekt polega na budowie elektrowni fotowoltaicznej o mocy do 40 kW. Instalacja zostanie zamontowana na dachu budynku Domu opieki, znajdującej się na działce nr 152/44, położonej w obrębie geodezyjnym Nibork nr 11 w miejscowości Kozarek Mały, gmina Sorkwity, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie. Wnioskodawca jest właścicielem nieruchomości, na której realizowany będzie projekt. Wnioskodawca zgłosił zamiar wykonania robót budowlanych. Po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie Wnioskodawca wyłoni wykonawcę, który dostarczy i zamontuje panele fotowoltaiczne. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 tj. dzięki realizacji inwestycji nastąpi zwiększenie udziału OZE w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu. Nastąpi produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE i spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Instalacja fotowoltaiczna nie przekracza 2MWe/MWth. Energia będzie wykorzystywana na własne potrzeby. Beneficjentem jest przedsiębiorca. (Polish)
