The investment consists of the purchase and assembly of 2 photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 79.51 kW. It will be carried out in one location in Godków 43 on plot 88/3 with the power of 39.75 kW and plot 88/15 by 39.76 kW. Installations will cover up to 250 m² of roof surface each. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the SzOOP for action 4.1 – solar energy installations – up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation in accordance with the possibility described in the SzOOP will serve the company’s own needs and will be connected to the grid, however due to the capacity of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (OJ 2015) and Art. 7 paragraph. 8d with stamp 4-9 of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997) will be made on the basis of the notification without the need for the beneficiary to have important technical conditions for connecting all energy generation sources included in the project to the electricity grid. The applicant now has a connection where the contractual power is 250 kW – parcel 88/3 and 40 kW- parcel 88/15. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the Shoop. The investment consists of the assembly of: cannon 88/3-150 pcs of polycrystalline panels, cannon 88/15-150 pcs of polycrystalline panels connected in self-contained circuits with inverters and necessary wiring and fittings. Power plants will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charging regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by photovoltaic systems. The electricity produced will be used directly for own use and any surplus will be introduced into the grid. (English)

    Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu 2 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 79,51kW. Będzie ona realizowana w jednej lokalizacji w Godkowie 43 na działce 88/3 o mocy 39,75 kW i działce 88/15 o 39,76 kW. Instalacje zajmą do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu każda. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca - do 2 MWe/MWth. Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła potrzebom własnym przedsiębiorstwa i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U.1997) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 250 kW – działka 88/3 oraz 40kW-działka 88/15. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP. Inwestycja polega na montażu: działka 88/3-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, działka 88/15-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami i z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownie będą podłączone do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez systemy fotowoltaiczne. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana bezpośrednio na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzana do sieci. (Polish)
