Main objective of the project The aim of the project is to increase and adapt professional qualifications through the implementation of vocational courses in accordance with the needs of the labour market during the period I-XI.2018 by 25 adults (24M/1K) who learn, work or reside within the meaning of the CSC excluding persons conducting economic activity in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship together with an examination confirming the qualifications obtained by at least 19 people (18M/1K). The objective of the project is due to the problems diagnosed in the RPO WiM 2014-2020 and from consultations/diagnoses carried out by the Applicant among welding industry employees (provision of welding and metal machining services). The realisation of the project and achieving the objective will translate directly into achieving the specific objective of the WiM RPO and achieving the product index for Measure 2.3, division 2.3.2 The implementation of actions is the result of cooperation with employers on the demand of entrepreneurs for professional qualifications (conclusions: lack of qualified persons) and will increase the qualifications of the participants of the APPLICATION 1. Qualification for welding method TIG-141 FW FM5 2. Gaining qualification for welding method MAG-135 FW FM1 3. Obtaining the right to weld with mechaniz./orbital TIG-141 GRUPA target Adults who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship, with the exception of persons engaged in economic activity who, on their own initiative, are interested in improving qualifications/competences and professional skills. Qualification It is assumed that at least 75 % of participants will pass the exam and obtain qualifications. Project Effects Number of persons participating in out-of-school forms of education in programme-25 Number of persons who have received qualifications in non-school forms of education-min. 19 The project is not implemented in partnership. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Celem projektu jest podniesienie i dostosowanie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez realizację kursów zawodowych zgodnych z potrzebami rynku pracy w okresie I-XI.2018 r. przez 25 osoby dorosłe (24M/1K), które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują w rozumieniu KC z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego wraz z egzaminem potwierdzającym zdobyte kwalifikacje przez min. 19 os (18M/1K). Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę konsultacji/diagnozy wśródpracodawców branży spawalniczej (świadczenie usług spawalniczych i obróbki metalu). Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.3, Podziałania 2.3.2 Realizacja działań jest wynikiem współpracy z pracodawcami na zapotrzebowanie wśród przedsiębiorców na kwalifikacje zawodowe (wnioski: brak osób z odp. kwalifikacjami) i podniesie kwalifikacje uczestników ZADANIA 1. Uzyskanie kwalifikacji do spawania metodą TIG-141 FW FM5 2. Uzyskanie kwalifikacji do spawania metodą MAG-135 FW FM1 3. Uzyskanie uprawnień do spawania zmechaniz./orbitalnego TIG-141 GRUPA DOCELOWA Osoby dorosłe które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują , w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą, które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowane podnoszeniem kwalifikacji/kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych. KWALIFIKACJE Zakłada się że min.75% uczestników zda egzamin i zdobędzie kwalifikacje. EFEKTY PROJEKTU Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie-25 Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia-min. 19 Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie.
