Uczestnicy Projektu: 456 os. dorosłych (w tym 256K, 200M), tj. w wieku 18l i więcej, zam. lub prac. lub uczących w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim, należących do grup defaworyzowanych, tj. wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadających największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji- os. o niskich kwalifikacjach i/lub os. w wieku 50l i więcej, zainteresowanych podnoszeniem kwalifikacji i uczestniczące w projekcie z własnej inicjatywy. Z udziału w P wyłączone będą os. prowadzące dział. gosp. Min. 70% UP będą stanowić os. w wieku 25l i więcej (320os: 180K i 140M), min. 30% UP os. w wieku 50l i więcej (137os: 77K i 60M), min. 80% UP osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - wykształcenie co najwyżej średnie, do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie (365os: 205K i 160M). 240 os weźmie udział w szkoleniach w obszarze TIK, 216 os w kursach językowych (132os j.ang., 60os j.niem., 24os j.fr). 1 UP weźmie udział w 1 szkoleniu. Celem projektu jest uzyskanie kwalifikacji zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020 przez 320 osób (180K, 140M) spośród 456 uczestników P (256K i 200M w wieku 18 lat i więcej, wyłącznie z grup: os. o niskich kwalifikacjach i/lub w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zam. w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim, w tym: -w obszarze ICT przez 168 osób (98K i 70M) przez szkolenia komputerowe zakończone formalnym wynikiem oceny i walidacji, -językowych- w zakresie j. angielskiego, niemieckiego lub francuskiego na pełnym poziomie biegłości językowej zgodnie z ESOKJ przez 152 osoby (82K i 70M) przez kursy językowe zakończone formalnym wynikiem oceny i walidacji, w terminie 1.10.2019-30.9.2021. Działania projektu obejmują szkolenia komputerowe (20 ed.) i kursy językowe: angielski (11 ed.), niemiecki (5 ed.), francuski (2 ed.). Rezultaty projektu: Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: -o niskich kwalifikacjach- 256 -w wieku 50 lat i więcej- 96 -w wieku 25 lat i więcej- 224. From participation in P there will be excluded persons leading department. gosp. At least 70 % of UP will be 25 l or more (320 people: 180K and 140M), min. 30 % UP people aged 50 l and more (137os: 77K and 60M), min. 80 % of the low-skilled persons – at most secondary education up to and including ISCED 3 (365os: 205K and 160M). 240 people will take part in ICT training, 216 people in language courses (132os j.ang., 60os j., 24os j.fr). 1 UP will take part in 1 training. The aim of the project is to be qualified in accordance with the Guidelines for monitoring the progress of the operational programmes for the period 2014-2020 by 320 persons (180K, 140M) out of 456 P participants (256K and 200M aged 18 years and over, only from groups of: low-qualified persons and/or at the age of 50 years and above in Warmia-Mazury voivodship, including: —in the ICT area by 168 persons (98K and 70M) by computer training completed by a formal evaluation and validation result, -language – in English, German or French at full level of language proficiency according to ESOKJ by 152 persons (82K and 70M) by language courses completed by formal evaluation and validation results, within 1.10.2019-30.9.2021. Project activities include computer training (20 ed.) and language courses: English (11 ed.), German (5 ed.), French (2 ed.). Results of the project: Number of persons who have been qualified or have acquired competence after leaving the programme: —low-skilled- 256 – aged 50 years and over- 96 – at the age of 25 years and above – 224.
