Projekt "Naukowy zawrót głowy",to projekt partnerski,którego wnioskodawcą jest „Nasza Szkoła Stowarzyszenie Przyjaciół Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 1 w Gronowie Górnym”,a partnerem jest Gmina Elbląg.Podmioty te zainicjowały współpracę partnerską w zakresie opracowania i realizacji niniejszego projektu.Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie ZIT bis Elbląg-na obszarze jednej gminy (Gmina Elbląg). Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.2018r. do 07.2019r.Projekt skierowany będzie do uczniów,nauczycieli i rodziców.Wsparciem zostanie objętych 70 dzieci (40dz,30chł),30 rodz. (20k,10m), 10 nauczycieli (10k).Liderem projektu będzie „Nasza Szkoła Stowarzyszenie Przyjaciół Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 1 w Gronowie Górnym”.Miejscem realizacji proj. będzie Zespół Szkół w Gronowie Górnym.Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych u 70 uczniów i uczennic Szkoły Podstawowej w Gronowie Górnym w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych,językowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy (inicjatywności, kreatywności, pracy zespołowej), wzrost umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 10 nauczycieli (10k) oraz podniesienie świadomości i wiedzy 30 rodziców(20k,10m) w zakresie prawidłowego wspomag. rozwoju dzieci w okresie 01.2018r.-07.2019r.Uczniowie zostaną objęci wsparciem w postaci udziału w zajęciach pozalekcyjnych w blokach tematycznych: zajęcia matematyczno-fizyczne,biologiczno-chemiczne, językowe,muzyczno-taneczne,plastyczno-techniczne,sportowe.Nauczyciele otrzymają wsparcie w zakresie szkoleń z kompetencji kluczowych i nowoczesnych metod nauczania (raz m-cu szkolenie jak rozmawiać z młodzieżą,jak w sposób ciekawy i nowoczesny prowadzić zajęcia).Rodzice wezmą udział w cyklu spotkań "Rodzic na 5",w ramach którego odbędą się:warsztaty z kompetencji rodzicielskich,mające na celu m.in.: udzielenie wsparcia w trudnych sytuacjach,propozycje spędzania czasu wolnego z dzieckiem w sposób wartościowy (w tym aktywny wypoczynek),mądre korzystanie z Internetu.
