Działania zakładane do realizacji w ramach projektu to m.in.:przebudowa elewacji budynku z rozbiórką wiatrołapów wejściowych, przebudowa odwodnienia dachuprzebudowa elementów ochrony akust. wnętrza sali widow. i studia nagrańprzebudowa instalacji wentylacji mechan. w sali widow.dostosowanie budynku dla osób niepełn.zwiększenie ochrony przeciwpoż. budynku z budową instalacji SAPprzebudowa instalacji c.o. wybranych pomieszczeńwykończenia wnętrz wybranych pomieszczeńbudowę miejsc postojowych wraz z drogami dojazd.utworzenie systemu elektron. rezerwacji biletówwykonanie systemu oznakowania terenuOdbiorcami projektu będą głównie mieszkańcy Wrześni. Gm. Września o pow. 22185 ha zamieszkiwały 45952 os. M. Września zajmuje pow. 1273 ha i mieszkało w nim 29858 os. Z oferty WOK korzystać będą mieszkańcy całego powiatu i regionu. Niektóre wydarzenia mają zasięg międzynarodowy i przyciągają również cudzoziemców.Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wartości wskaźników produktu:l. instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem–1 szt.l. obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem–1 szt.l. obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełn.–1 szt.Inwestycja zapewnia kompleksowość projektu.
