Celem głównym jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie iławskim w 2019 roku. W ramach projektu będą realizowane następujące zadania: Pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe dla wszystkich 161 uczestników projektu. Ponadto zostaną zorganizowane: - Prace interwencyjne (58 os.) - Dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej (16 os.) - Dotacje na doposażenie/wyposażenie stanowisk pracy (32 os.) - Szkolenia (55 os.), w tym 22 os. zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia, po których będą mogli uzyskać kwalifikacje- zakłada się, że 18 z nich takie kwalifikacje uzyska- (reszta, tj. 33 os. będzie miała szanse na uzyskanie kompetencji). Na wszystkich formach będzie 161 os., Grupa docelowa to os. bezrobotne (min. 93 K) zarejestrowane w PUP Iława, w wieku 30 lat i więcej i należące do jednej z grup: os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os. niepełnosprawne, os. pow. 50 r.ż., kobiety oraz os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Dodatkowo w ramach ogólnej liczby uczestników dopuszcza się udział w projekcie mężczyzn w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do powyższej kategorii osób. Będą oni mieli możliwość uczestnictwa w szkoleniach zawodowych i zdobycia kwalifikacji albo kompetencji. Szacuje się udział w projekcie 10 takich mężczyzn co przy wymaganej dla nich efektywności zatrudnieniowej 60% powinno zaowocować minimum 6 podjęciami pracy. Efekty: - liczba os. bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem- 161 - liczba os. długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem – 17 - liczba os. z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem- 6 - liczba os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem- 8 - liczba os. o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie- 40 - liczba os., które otrzymały bezzwrotne środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej- 16 Okres realizacji projektu:01.01.2019 r.-31.12.2019 r. The project will carry out the following tasks: Job mediation or career guidance for all 161 participants in the project. In addition, the following will be organised: — Intervention work (58 people) – Grants for start-up of business (16 persons) – Grants for retrofitting/equipment of workstations (32 people) – Training (55 persons), including 22 people will be directed to training, after which they will be able to obtain qualifications – it is assumed that 18 of them will obtain such qualifications- (the rest, i.e. 33 people will have a chance of gaining competence). In all forms there will be 161 people, the target group is unemployed (min. 93 K) registered in Iława PUP, aged 30 years and over and belonging to one of the groups: long-term unemployed, disabled, pers. 50 years old, women and low-skilled people. In addition, the total number of participants is allowed to participate in the project of men aged 30-49 years who do not belong to the above category of persons. They will have the opportunity to participate in vocational training and to acquire qualifications or competences. It is estimated that 10 such men are expected to participate in the project, which, with the required employment efficiency of 60 %, should result in a minimum of 6 jobs.
