The project consists of the construction of a new municipal kindergarten building in Młynary in a location on the street. The field on plot 94 in Młynary together with the development of plot no. 94 and part of plots no. 96 and 97 in Młynary. The scope of the works will include: — earthworks, excavations, – construction of benches and foundation feet, – construction of foundation walls, – construction of floor on the ground, – execution of ground walls, – construction of reinforced concrete structures: posts, substrings, lintels, – assembly of prefabricated lintels, – construction of ceilings, – construction of bonds with wooden ceiling and roof covering, – execution of partition walls, – roofing, terraces, external stairs and platform for the disabled – finishing work, – execution of the fence, – execution of playground, – organisation of accompanying greenery. As a result of the project, a high-quality preschool education infrastructure will be created fully responding to the needs of pre-school children and their parents, teachers and employees of the kindergarten in Młynary and the Młynary Commune. The project will increase accessibility to pre-school education by increasing preschool facilities to 100. Equipment and equipment from the current kindergarten building will be transferred to the new building. By increasing the number of preschool places, the project will allow more children to benefit from pre-school education services, which will increase the overall level of availability for this type of education in the municipality of Młynary, and consequently throughout the entire Warmińsko-Mazury voivodship. The project thus fits into the assumptions of the SZoOP RPO WiM for the 2014-2020 priority axis “Access to high quality public services”. In addition, the project is linked directly to the preschooler’s project at the start of action 2.1. “Providing equal access to high quality preschool education” axis II Personnel for the economy of the RPO WiM. Projekt polega na budowie nowego budynku gminnego przedszkola w Młynarach w lokalizacji przy ul. Polnej na działce 94 w Młynarach wraz z zagospodarowaniem działki nr 94 oraz części działek nr 96 i 97 w Młynarach. Zakres robót obejmie: - prace ziemne, wykopy, - wykonanie ław i stóp fundamentowych, - wykonanie ścian fundamentowych, - wykonanie podłogi na gruncie, - wykonanie ścian nadziemnych, - wykonanie konstrukcji żelbetowych: słupów, podciągów, nadproży, - montaż nadproży prefabrykowanych,- wykonanie stropu, - wykonanie więźby wraz ze stropem drewnianym i pokrycia dachu, - wykonanie ścianek działowych, - wykonanie zadaszeń, tarasów, schodów zewnętrznych i platformy dla niepełnosprawnych - prace wykończeniowe, - wykonanie nawierzchni, - wykonanie ogrodzenia, - wykonanie placu zabaw, - organizacja zieleni towarzyszącej. W wyniku projektu powstanie wysokiej jakości infrastruktura edukacji przedszkolnej w pełni odpowiadając na potrzeby dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i ich rodziców, nauczycieli i pracowników Przedszkola w Młynarach i Gminy Młynary. Projekt pozwoli na zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez zwiększenie miejsc w przedszkolu do 100. Do nowego budynku zostanie przeniesione sprzęt i wyposażenie z obecnego budynku przedszkola. poprzez zwiększenie liczby miejsc przedszkolnych projekt pozwoli większej liczbie dzieci na skorzystanie z usług edukacji przedszkolnej, co za tym idzie zwiększy się ogólny poziom dostępności do tego typu edukacji na terenie gminy Młynary, a w konsekwencji na obszarze całego województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Projekt wpisuje się w ten sposób w założenia SZoOP RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020 dla osi priorytetowej "Dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług publicznych". Ponadto projekt ten łączy się bezpośrednio z projektem przedszkolaki na start złożonym w ramach działania 2.1. „Zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej” osi II Kadry dla gospodarki RPO WiM.
