Planowane jest wyremontowanie boiska piłkarskiego wraz z wymianą murawy na sztuczną, remont boiska do siatkówki/koszykówki - położenie wykładziny poliuretanowej, remont skoczni w dal i bieżni na 100 m - położenie warstwy poliuretanowej, ogrodzenie terenu, promocja. Inwestycja zlokalizowana na działce nr 337 w obrębie ewidencyjnym nr 17 Stębark w jednostce ewidencyjnej Grunwald nr Księgi Wieczystej EL1O/00014645/7 będącą własnością Beneficjenta.
