Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa sali sportowej z zapleczem i jej wyposażenie, przy Szkole Podstawowej w Koszelewach gm. Rybno – dobudowa do istniejącego budynku szkoły. Zakres planowanych prac: prace przygotowawcze (dok.projektowa), studium wykonalności, roboty budowlane (roboty ziemne, fundamenty, ściany, dach, podłogi i posadzki, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, roboty wykończeniowe, elewacja), roboty instalacyjne: elektryczne, wodociągowe, kanalizacji sanitarnej, centralnego ogrzewania, przyłącze wodociągowe, przyłącze sanitarne, wentylacja mechaniczna, zagospodarowanie terenu, w tym podjazd dla niepełnosprawnych), wyposażenie; nadzór w projekcie; promocja projektu. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie jakości kształcenia ogólnokszt.poprzez budowę infrastruktury pozwalającej na właściwe dopasowanie działań edukacyjnych do potrzeb społecznych. Naturalne predyspozycje regionu, w szczególności uwarunkowania przyrodnicze, nadają ważną rolę gospodarczą turystyce, zwłaszcza związanej ze sportem i aktywnością ruchową. Sektor sportowy na Warmii i Mazurach posiada bardzo duży potencjał w aspekcie zatrudnienia i przedsiębiorczości oraz tworzenia pomostowego kapitału społecznego. Inwestycje w infrastrukturę sportową na poziomie edukacji ogólnokształcącej są zatem szczególnie pożądane w kontekście potrzeb zmieniającego się rynku pracy oraz mają ogromne znaczenie w kontekście przeciwdziałania ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu.
