The project assumes the construction of the Surbajny region on the part of plot 73, the basin of photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity together with the necessary technical infrastructure. The planned installed power plant shall not exceed 0,5 MW. The maximum area of construction shall not exceed 1 hectares. Przedsiewzięcie zakłada wybudowania na części działki 73 obręb Surbajny, gm.Zalewo instalacji fotowoltaicznej do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej wraz z towarzyszącą niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną. Planowana moc zainstalowana elektowni nie przekroczy 0,5 MW. Maksymalna powierzchnia zabudowy nie przekroczy 1 ha. Dodatkowo zostanie wykonana obsługa komunikacyjna terenu inwestycji, zrealizowana za pomocą zjazdu z drogi gminnej na działce nr 72, obręb Surbajny(wydatek niekwalifikowalny).Przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie na dz. nr 72 i 73 w obrębie Surbajny,gm.Zalewo.Instalacja fotowoltaiczna zamontowana zostanie na gruncie należącym do Wnioskodawcy.(współwłasność)W skład danej instalacji będzie wchodzić 1612 szt. paneli o mocy 310W każy. Zadaniem projektowanej instalacji fotowoltaicznej jest wytworzenie energii elektrycznej o odpowiednich parametrach a następnie dostarczenie jej do istniejącej sieci elektroenergetycznej.Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez budowę infrastruktury do wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych.Realizacja przebiegnie jednoetapowo w ciągu 1 roku od podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie.Pr.wpisuje się w założenia określ.w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-20.Zg.z war.określonymi w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-20 dofinans.mogą otrzymać pr.polegające na bud.,rozbud.oraz przebudowie infrastr.(w tym zakup niezbędnych urządzeń)mające na celu prod.energii elektr.i/lub cieplnej z OZE.Pr.przyczynia się do rozwiąz.wszystkich probl.kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze obj.proj.Projekt umożliwi osiągniecie wielu pozytywnych aspektów środowiskowych zarówno w kategoriach lokalnych, regionalnych i krajowych oraz w wymiarze globalnym.Inwestor posiada pozwolenie na budowę (decyzja nr 363/2017 z dnia 20.06.2017r.)Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Wnioskodawcę i osoby z nim współpracujące.
