The project is the subject of this feasibility study. “Modernisation of the technical infrastructure of the boiler room for biomass” consisting of modernisation of the boiler’s technological line No. 3 and modernisation of the hydraulic system of the boiler room, will be carried out on the site of plot No 17/2 of 10 in Frombork in the commune of Frombork, braniewski district in Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. In order to implement the project, it is necessary to carry out the following material scope of works: 1. Modernisation of boiler line No. 3a. Modernisation of fuel supply system I. screw grinder (1 pc.) II. Feeding table (1 pcs) III. Conveyor belts (1 pcs) IV. Control system of straw feeding system b. Modernisation of boiler control system 2. Modernisation of the hydraulic boiler room system. a. Replacement of circulating pumps and control system (4 pcs) b. Modernisation of the control switchboard 3. Installation of a 1000 KW straw boiler (1 pcs) a. Fuel collection and feeding system b. Air blow and recilculation of exhaust gas c. Deleting and aftertreatment system d. Ash removal system e. Control and regulation automation system The design fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 due to the promotion and use of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the Warmia and Mazury region.     Przedmiotem projektu jest Inwestycja stanowiąca przedmiot niniejszego studium wykonalności pt. „Modernizacja infrastruktury technicznej kotłowni na biomasę” polegająca na modernizacji linii technologicznej kotła nr 3 i modernizacji układu hydraulicznego kotłowni, realizowana będzie na terenie działki numer 17/2 obręb 10 w miejscowości Frombork w gminie Frombork, w powiecie braniewskim w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim. Do realizacji przedsięwzięcia niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót: 1. Modernizacji linii technologicznej kotła nr 3 a. Modernizacja układu podawania paliwa I. Rozdrabniacz ślimakowy (1 szt.) II. Stół podawczy (1 szt.) III. Transportery taśmowe (1 szt.) IV. System sterowania układem podawania słomy b. Modernizacja systemu sterowania kotłem 2. Modernizacji układu hydraulicznego kotłowni. a. Wymiana pomp obiegowych i układu sterowania (4 szt.) b. Modernizacja rozdzielnicy sterującej 3. Montaż kotła na słomę o mocy 1000 KW (1 szt.) a. Układ pobierania i podawania paliwa b. Podmuchy powietrza i recylkulacja spalin c. Układ usuwania i oczyszczania spalin d. Układ usuwania popiołu e. Układ automatyki sterowania i regulacji Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na wspieranie i wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu Warmii i Mazur. W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie zdolność wytwarzania energii odnawialnej oraz spadnie emisja gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. (Polish)
