The project consists of the construction and installation of a photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity from solar energy with a total power of up to 233 kW. It will be implemented on a regulated property. The investment includes the construction and installation of a photovoltaic installation together with the infrastructure accompanying the existing roofs of buildings. It is planned to install 804 units of photovoltaic panels with a power of 233 kW on an area of 1320.86 m². The company owns both the property and the buildings planted there. The project shall have the technical documentation necessary to start work. The mayor of Olsztyn, by decision no. Jon/23/2015 of 3 April 2015, approved the construction project and granted permission for the construction and assembly of a photovoltaic installation. The investor makes the start of work dependent on a positive decision on the granting of funding.The project will be implemented in one step. The works will begin in the third quarter of 2016 and will be completed in the third quarter of 2017. The project will be implemented by an experienced team comprising employees of the company: project manager, accountant, marketing specialist; the technical supervision of the investment will be carried out by a specialist for the preparation of production in the company, the electrical part-specialist for telemechanics in the company. At the beginning of the third quarter of 2016, a contractor of construction and assembly works will be selected.The project fits into the assumption of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 by increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region.The project will help to solve all the identified problems of key stakeholders in the project area. Przedsięwzięcie polega na budowie i montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznej służącej do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z energii słońca o łącznej mocy do 233kW. Realizowane będzie na nieruchomości o uregulowanym stanie prawnym. Inwestycja obejmuje budowę i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą na istniejących dachach budynków. Planuje się zamontować 804 sztuk paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 233kW na powierzchni 1320,86m2. Spółka posiada prawo własności zarówno do nieruchomość gruntowej jak i posadowionych na niej budynkach. Projekt posiada dokumentację techniczną niezbędną do rozpoczęcia prac. Starosta Olsztyński decyzją nr Jon/23/2015 z dnia 3 kwietnia 2015r. zatwierdził projekt budowlany i udzielił pozwolenia na budowę i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej.Nieruchomość jest gotowa do rozpoczęcia prac. Inwestor uzależnia rozpoczęcie prac od pozytywnej decyzji w sprawie przyznania dofinansowania.Realizacja projektu przebiegać będzie jednoetapowo. Roboty rozpoczną się w III kwartale 2016r. a zakończą w III kwartale 2017r. Harmonogram prac zapewni realizację projektu w ciągu 1 roku od podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie.Projekt będzie wdrażany przez doświadczony zespół obejmujący pracowników spółki w składzie:kierownik projektu ,księgowa, specjalista ds.marketingu;za nadzór nad techniczną realizacją inwestycji odpowiadać będzie specjalista ds.przygotowania produkcji w firmie,za część elektryczną-specjalista ds.telemechaniki w firmie. Na początku III kw.2016r.zostanie wyłoniony wykonawca robót budowlano-montażowych.Projekt wpisuje się w założenia w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 poprzez zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu.Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania wszystkich zdiagnozowanych problemów kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze objętym projektem.
