There will be: training room, common room., room with catering facilities, individual work room, exercise room, creative work room, administrator’s room and gosp rooms. Scope of work by action: preparatory works (design doc.), work done, construction works (warming of exterior walls and ceilings, replacement of plasters, fittings, construction and roof covering, reconstruction of the staircase, construction of the exterior window frame, replacement of window joinery, external works, installation works, adaptation of existing boiler room), equipment, supervision in the project, project promotion. The project is part of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 department. 9.2Social infrastructure, Objective.9.Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, Investment Priority9a. Investment in health and social infrastructures that contribute to national, regional and local development, reduce health inequalities and move from institutional services to community-based services. The task will open up the possibility of obtaining support from the municipality in all problem areas, depth. 3 most at risk of marginalisation: children from poor and dysfunctional families, the long-term unemployed at risk of social exclusion and the elderly (60+). The location covers the reach of places with the greatest exacerbation of problems, where there is no possibility of carrying out preventive initiatives. The project leads to changes in social behaviour, preparation for entry into the labour market, increased independence in society and positive impact on the health of elderly and dependent people. All environments will have an opportunity for integration and, consequently, initiatives that benefit the entire community and improve the quality of life in the municipality. Projekt dotyczy adaptacji części budynku remizo-świetlicy w Żabinach gm. Rybno na Lokalne Centrum Aktywności Społecznej i wyposażenie go. Powstaną: sala szkoleniowa, świetlica środowisk., pomieszczenie z zapleczem gastronom., pomieszczenie do pracy indywidualnej, salka do ćwiczeń, do pracy twórczej, pomieszczenia administratora i pomieszczenia gosp. Zakres prac w podziale na działania: prace przygotowawcze (dok.projektowa), studium wykon., roboty budowlane (docieplenie ścian zewn.i stropów, wymiana tynków,posadzek,konstrukcji i pokrycia dachu, przebudowa klatki schodowej, wykonanie zewn.szybu windowego, wymiana stolarki okiennej, roboty zewn., roboty instalacyjne, dostosowanie istniejącej kotłowni), wyposażenie, nadzór w projekcie, promocja projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dział. 9.2Infrastruktura socjalna, Cel temat.9.Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, Priorytet inwest.9a.
