The subject matter of the project includes the second stage of adaptation of the historic building at ul. Baltic Sea 45 in Olsztyn, owned by the Municipality of Olsztyn, for the needs of people with disabilities – the main users of the Workshops of Occupational Therapy. It consists of rebuilding and adapting existing rooms to the WTZ function. As a result of the project, part of the unused loft will be adapted into the following workshops: computer and plastic. In the western wing in the attic there will be 3 functional apartments for training everyday life – organisation and sharing time into working time and time for running housekeepers. The following types of work will be carried out within the project: construction works, connections: water supply, sanitary canal, rain canal along with land order, internal electrical installations. The established therapeutic workshops and auxiliary rooms as well as training apartments will be equipped with the necessary equipment for conducting workshops. The project also covers the equipment of the workshop and the premises which were created during the first stage of the investment. The investment is located on plots no. 110, 90/6, 90/2, 79/6 r. 38 in the Likusy Estate. The investor will be Olsztyn Municipality. The building is entered in the Register of Monuments of Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship and all activities at the facility are intended to preserve its historical value, while adapting to applicable standards in the field of fire safety, sanitary requirements and occupational safety. The project fits in with the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM, which consists of rebuilding the infrastructure for the benefit of the JTZ providing social and professional activation services to unemployed persons with disabilities in order to return them to the labour market. The implementation of the project will improve the quality and effectiveness of social services provided. The project contributes to the promotion of social inclusion, the fight against poverty and all discrimination and concerns the infrastructure of services provided at local level. Przedmiot projektu obejmuje II etap przystosowania zabytkowego budynku przy ul. Bałtyckiej 45 w Olsztynie, stanowiącego własność Gminy Olsztyn, do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych – głównych użytkowników Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej. Polega na przebudowie i adaptacji istniejących pomieszczeń do funkcji WTZ. W wyniku realizacji projektu część nieużytkowanego poddasza zostanie zaadaptowana na pracownie: komputerową i plastyczną. W skrzydle zachodnim na poddaszu powstaną 3 mieszkania funkcyjne do treningu życia codziennego - organizacji i dzielenia czasu na czas pracy i czas na prowadzenie gosp. domowego. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane następujące rodzaje robót: roboty budowlane, przyłącza: wodociągowe, kan. sanitarnej, kan. deszczowej wraz z uporządkowaniem terenu, instalacje elektryczne wewnętrzne. Powstałe pracownie terapeutyczne oraz pomieszczenia pomocnicze a także mieszkania treningowe zostaną wyposażone w niezbędny sprzęt do prowadzenia warsztatów. Projekt obejmuje także wyposażenie pracowni i pomieszczeń, które powstały w I etapie inwestycji. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na działkach nr 110, 90/6, 90/2, 79/6 obr. 38 na Osiedlu Likusy. Inwestorem będzie Gmina Olsztyn. Budynek wpisany jest do rejestru zabytków województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego i wszelkie działania przy obiekcie mają na celu zachowanie jego wartości historycznych, przy jednoczesnym dostosowaniu do obowiązujących norm z zakresu bezpieczeństwa pożarowego, wymogów sanitarnych i bezpieczeństwa pracy. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, polega na przebudowie infrastruktury na rzecz WTZ świadczących usługi aktywizacji społeczno - zawodowej bezrobotnym osobom niepełnosprawnym w celu ich powrotu na rynek pracy. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi podniesienie jakości i skuteczności świadczonych usług socjalnych. Projekt przyczynia się do promowania włączenia społecznego, walki z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją i dotyczy infrastruktury usług świadczonych na poziomie lokalnym. (Polish)
