The WSZ in Elbląg is one of the largest providers of medical services in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. The sub-region of Elbląg, which consists of 7 districts, lives more than 530 people, representing almost 37 % of the total population. The WSZ in Elbląg is a medicinal product which is institutionally prepared for the provision of specialist medical services. It is also a reference and consultative role for local hospitals. The planned modernisation of the birth procedure and the obstetric fistula and the retrofitting of these branches is intended for the purpose of reorganising the areas, raising the standards of medical care for the mother and the child and of commercial standards, including the improvement of the living conditions of patients and the working conditions of the staff and, consequently, the improvement of the quality of specialised medical services in the Elbląg area and the surrounding area. The implementation of the project is divided into the following stages, the scope of which is described in point 3.4: Reconstruction and modernisation of the premises — replacement and fitting of medical equipment — purchase of equipment of a living area affected by the project is Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. The project is in line with the OOP for the Regional Operational Programme for Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province 2014-2020 for Axis 9 Access to high-quality public services, which focuses on addressing problems with the availability of essential public services. It reflects the objectives of the European Economic and Social Development Strategy for the Warmińsko-Mazurskie region by 2025, in which the operational objective of “Improving the availability and quality of public services” was adopted. It concerns both education and medical and social services. The project’s intervention will result in: Increase in the number of high-quality healthcare recipients. (English)

    WSZ w Elblągu jest jednym z największych podmiotów świadczących usługi medyczne na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. W subregionie elbląskim, na który składa się 7 powiatów, mieszka ponad 530 tysięcy osób, co stanowi blisko 37% ludności całego województwa. WSZ w Elblągu to podmiot leczniczy, który jest instytucjonalnie przygotowany do świadczenia specjalistycznych usług medycznych. Placówka pełni też rolę referencyjną i konsultacyjną dla szpitali miast okolicznych. Planowana w projekcie modernizacja Traktu porodowego i Oddziału ginekologiczno – położniczego oraz doposażenie tych oddziałów ma na celu reorganizację powierzchniową, podniesienie standardów opieki medycznej nad matką i dzieckiem oraz standardów użytkowych, w tym polepszenie warunków bytowych pacjentów i warunków pracy personelu, a w konsekwencji podniesienie jakości wyspecjalizowanych usług medycznych na terenie Elbląga i okolic. Realizacja projektu podzielona jest na następujące etapy których zakres opisany jest w punkcie 3.4: - przebudowa i modernizacja pomieszczeń - wymiana i doposażenie w sprzęt medyczny - zakup wyposażenia bytowego Obszarem objętym oddziaływaniem projektu jest województwo warmińsko-mazurskie. Projekt zgodny jest z SzOOP dla Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020 w zakresie Osi priorytetowej 9 Dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług publicznych, która skupia interwencję na problemach z dostępnością do podstawowych usług publicznych. Odzwierciedla założenia Strategii rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego do roku 2025, w której przyjęto cel operacyjny „Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług publicznych”. Dotyczy on zarówno edukacji jak i usług medycznych oraz socjalnych. Rezultatem interwencji podejmowanej w ramach projektu będzie: Wzrost liczby korzystających z usług opieki zdrowotnej wysokiej jakości. (Polish)
