Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji matematyczno-przyrodniczych, językowych, ICT, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród 216 uczniów (127K, 89M) I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego z Zespołu Szkół w Pasłęku oraz zwiększenie kompetencji 25 nauczycieli (21K, 4M) w zakresie wspierania u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych i 22 rodziców (16K, 6M) w zakresie pobudzania motywacji dziecka do nauki, wspierania go w planowaniu kariery edukacyjno-zawodowej oraz wsparcie I LO w zakresie zakupu wyposażenia dydaktycznego w okresie 01.09.2018 - 30.06.2020 Uczniowie będą podnosili kompetencje kluczowe poprzez udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych i rozwijających z przedmiotów matematyczno-przyrodniczych oraz z j. obcego z wykorzystaniem ICT. Położony zostanie nacisk na kształtowanie umiejętności praktycznych z wykorzystaniem środowiska przyrodniczego i otoczenia oraz na innowacyjne metody nauczania (metoda projektowa). Zawiązana zostanie ścisła współpraca z organizacjami/instytucjami działającymi w Powiecie Elbląskim w organizacji warsztatów, wykładów, wyjazdów edukacyjnych, konkursów. Wsparciem zostaną objęci również rodzice w zakresie wiedzy i umiejętności dotyczących wspierania dzieci w wyborze kariery zawodowej. Nauczyciele będą doskonalili umiejętności i kompetencje w zakresie rozwoju u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych z wykorzystaniem TIK, a także uzupełnią umiejętności korzystania z TIK uczestnicząc w studiach podyplomowych.
