Poland’s pre-urban school No 1 in Pizna — the development of key competences in pre-school children was created by the cooperation of the applicant of the Comenius Institute sp. z o.Sp K with the association ‘Grand Lake Mazurskie 2010 (WJM2020)’ which, together with the Great Lakes municipalities, was looking for opportunities to improve the quality of the pre-school offer. The aim of the project will be to improve the quality of the pre-school offer in 16 pre-school units in the kindergarten in Pisa. The project will support 28 teachers and 340 children in the period from II to XII 2018. The teachers will receive support in the form of the preparation (by the workshop — training of 40 h, a total of 270 hours) for innovative, highest-quality activities with children as part of the additional activities to be carried out with children (1920 h in total). This will integrate knowledge in various fields that involve many skills and children’s abilities in key competences. There will be an opportunity to integrate the teaching, support and cross-fertilisation environment. Children will have a regular opportunity to participate in inspiring activities based on a project method that stimulates self-reliance, the initiative, entrepreneurship and the development of knowledge and mathematics and science. They will also be given the opportunity to participate in additional language (s) with English (960 h). The parents who will participate in the meetings will also be involved in the project. The project will result in greater teacher competences in activities to stimulate the competences of key children, increase the skills of children and increase parents’ interest and knowledge about children’s development.     Przedszkole Miejskie Nr 1 w Piszu - kształtowanie kompetencji kluczowych u dzieci przedszkolnych powstał dzięki współpracy wnioskodawcy Instytutu Komeńskiego sp. z oo.Sp K ze Stowarzyszeniem „Wielkie Jeziora Mazurskie 2010 (WJM2020)”, które wraz gminami z okolic Wielkich Jezior poszukiwało możliwości podniesienia jakości oferty Ośrodków Przedszkolnych. Celem projektu będzie podniesienie jakości oferty przedszkolnej w 16 oddziałach przedszkolnych w przedszkolu w Piszu. Projekt w okresie od II 2017 do XII 2018 obejmie wsparciem 28 nauczycieli i 340 dzieci. Nauczyciele otrzymają wsparcie w postaci przygotowania (przez warsztaty- szkolenia 40 godz, coaching w sumie 270 godz.) do prowadzenia nowatorskich, najwyższej jakości zajęć z dziećmi w ramach zajęć dodatkowych, które będą prowadzić z dziećmi (w sumie 1920 godz). Będą to zajęcia integrujące wiedzę z różnych dziedzin aktywizujących wiele umiejętności i dyspozycji dzieci z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych. Powstanie szansa integracji środowiska nauczycielskiego, wspierania się i wzajemnego inspirowania. Dzieci będą miały regularną możliwość uczestniczenia w inspirujących zajęciach opierających się na metodzie projektu, które stymulują samodzielność, inicjatywę, przedsiębiorczość oraz rozwój wiedzy i umiejętności matematyczno-jezykowo-przyrodniczych. Dostaną tez możliwość uczestniczenia w dodatkowych zaj. z jęz angielskiego (960 godz). Do projektu zostaną zaangażowani też rodzice, którzy będą uczestniczyć w spotkaniach. Rezultatem projektu będą większe kompetencje nauczycieli w prowadzeniu zajęć stymulujących kompetencje kluczowe dzieci, wzrost kompetencji dzieci oraz wzrost zainteresowania i wiedzy rodziców dotyczącej rozwoju dzieci.
