Objective of the project: In the period from 01.08.18r to 31.07.2020r support 125 children (53K/72M) in the pre-school age in the field of key competences by improving the quality of the offer of Urban Preschool in Rucian-Nida about classes in developing mental skills of children together with their mathematical education (creativity), programming, skills, musical and motor education (social competences), developing social competences, raising competences of 8 teachers (K) in the field of application of methods and forms of organizational education in 76. The project will be realised by the Municipality of Ruciane-Nida/City Preschool in Rucian-Nida. It is planned to: 1) Children’s activities: classes in developing children’s mental abilities with their mathematical education (creativity), programming, music-motor (social competences), developing social competences, 2) Courses for teachers: Course of mental development of children with their math education, course of creative education, methods of research projects, programming, 3) Workshops for parents: school for parents run by a psychologist, creativity-building workshops run by n-li kindergarten. It is planned to buy the necessary teaching aid. The project is implemented on the basis of the diagnosed needs of the kindergarten. There are n-bodies, preschool children and their parents/opiacs. The project effects are: increase of comp. key in children of preschool age, upgrading skills and acquisition of n-paces, including parents in the process of teaching, preparing them for effective motivation and support of children, improving the effectiveness of the Preschool by supporting its teaching staff and purchasing teaching aid. Cel proj.: W okresie od 01.08.18r do 31.07.2020r wsparcie 125dzieci (53K/72M) w wieku przedszkolnym w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych poprzez podniesienie jakości oferty Przedszkola Miejskiego w Rucianem-Nidzie o zajęcia z rozwijania zdolności umysłowych dzieci wraz z ich edukacją matematyczną (kreatywność), programowania, muzyczno-ruchowe (kompetencje społeczne), rozwijające kompetencje społeczne, podniesienie kompetencji 8nauczycieli (K) w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u dzieci kompetencji kluczowych, aktywne włączenie 76rodziców (57K/19M) w proces dydaktyczny rozwijający kompetencje kluczowe, niwelujący w spełnieniu wymagań edukacyjnych dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oraz doskonalenie ich umiejętności społecznych i wychowawczych. Proj. będzie realiz. przez Gminę Ruciane-Nida/Przedszkole Miejskie w Rucianem-Nidzie. Zaplanowano: 1) Zajęcia dla dzieci: zajęcia z rozwijania zdolności umysłowych dzieci wraz z ich edukacją matematyczną (kreatywność), programowania, muzyczno-ruchowe (kompetencje społeczne), rozwijające kompetencje społeczne, 2) Kursy dla nauczycieli: Kurs rozwijania zdolności umysłowych dzieci wraz z ich edukacją matematyczną, Kurs kreatywnej edukacji, metody projektów badawczych, programowania, 3) Warsztaty dla rodziców: szkoła dla rodziców prowadzone przez psychologa, warsztaty rozbudzania kreatywności prowadzone przez n-li Przedszkola. Przewidziano zakup niezbędnych pomocy dydaktycznych. Projekt jest realizowany w oparciu o zdiagnozowane potrzeby Przedszkola. Gr. doc. proj. są n-ciele, dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oraz ich rodzice/opiek. Efekty proj. to: wzrost komp. klucz. u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, podniesienie kwalifikacji i nabycie komp. n-cieli, włącz. rodziców w proces dydakt., przygotow. ich do efektywn. motywowania i wsparcia dzieci, podniesienie efektywności Przedszkola poprzez wsparcie jego kadry dydaktycznej oraz zakup pomocy dydaktycznych.
