Before, the project is to implement an integrated IT system. whose aim will be to lead. It’s an electric one. Medical doc., flow of medical dock between functional areas of clinics, i.e. clinics-houses, diagnostics, laboratories, administration. The aim is to provide patients with intern services. registration of visits, SMS and other forms of communication. and exchange of information. The complete project. informatises the facility, will cover the whole range of information collected in the system, introduce e-services. The project addresses the need for computerisation by: modernisation of the computation network, replacement and expansion of hardware infrastructure, implementation of the Integrated IT Clinic Service System, including migration with PPS, system integration with RTG, integration of the service system of laboratories., run. e-services for patients. The implemented system will ensure interoperability with the national platform P1 or P2. The solutions implemented in the project will not duplicate the solutions and functions adopted for national platforms P1 and P2. After the implementation of the project, the system will operate in the area of: medical Offices – medical doc., registration, download point, lab maintenance, archiving, X-ray studio, e-services (on-line registration, SMS notifications) There will be services with a high level of e-maturity, e-results and online registration. The project will adapt the clinic to rapid technological development.They will be purchased solid and worth. German and legal and feasibility study. The project is consistent with the assumptions of SZOOP RPOWiM- CYFROWY REGION, strengthens ICT through the development of public e-services, makes available, digitises, reuses the info of the public sector, increases access. Public info, possibility of dealing with ICT by indirect and direct stakeholders, at a distance, including residents. Przedm, projektu jest wdrożenie zintegr systemu informat., którego celem będzie prowadz. Elektr. Dok. Medycznej, przepływ dok. medycznej pomiędzy obszarami funkcjon. przychodni, tj. poradnie-gabinety lekarskie, diagnostyka, laboratoria, administracja. Celem jest udostępnienie pacjentom usług intern. rejestracji wizyt, powiad. sms i innych form komunik. i wymiany informacji . Projekt komplek. zinformatyzuje placówkę, obejmował będzie cały zakres informacji zgromadzonych w systemie, wprowadzi e-usługi. Projekt rozwiązuje potrzebę informatyzacji poprzez: modernizację sieci komput., wymianę i rozbudowę infrastruktury sprzętowej, wdrożenie Zintegrowanego Informatycznego Systemu Obsługi Przychodni, w tym migrację z PPS, integrację systemu z pracownią RTG, integrację systemu obsługi laborat., uruchom. e-usługi dla pacjentów. Wdrożony system zapewni interoperacyjność z platformą krajową P1 lub P2. Wdrożone w ramach projektu rozwiązania nie będą dublować rozwiązań i funkcji przyjętych dla platform krajowych P1 i P2. Po realizacji projektu system będzie funkcjonować w obszarze: gabinetów lekarskich – dok. medyczna, rejestracji, punktu pobrań, obsługi lab., archiwizacji, pracowni RTG, e-usług (rejestracja intern. wyniki on-line, powiadomienia sms) Powstaną usługi o wysoki poziomie e-dojrzałości tj. e-wyniki oraz rejestracja on-line. Projekt dostosuje przychodnię do szybkiego rozwoju technologicznego.Zostaną zakupione śr. trwałe oraz wart. niem. i prawne oraz studium wykonalności. Projekt zgodny z założeniami SZOOP RPOWiM- CYFROWY REGION, wzmacnia TIK poprzez rozwój e-usług publicz., udostępnia, digitalizuje, ponownie wykorzystuje info sektora publicz., zwiększa dostep. info publicznej, możliwość załatwienia spraw przy wykorzystaniu TIK przez interesariuszy pośrednich i bezpośrednich, na odległość, w tym mieszkańców.
