This will be 3 different types of prototypes with different options, which will be 1) Different forklift driving units (2) Miscellaneous washing module (3) operating devices. the design of propulsion head drive. the investment will allow for the adoption and implementation of new orders and new products on the market. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie oraz wdrożenie nowej technologii wykonywania autonomicznych robotów czyszczących kontrolujących stan kolektorów słonecznych w czasie rzeczywistym oraz prototypu SolarBota.Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu prac B+R przez zespół badawczy składający się z pracowników, którzy w tym celu zostaną zatrudnieni przez ROLTEC. Koszt wynagrodzeń pracowników ROLTEC zaplanowano w łącznej wysokości 516 750 zł. Do przeprowadzenia prac niezbędny jest zakup:-oprogramowania do modelowania i projektowania mechaniki i układów elektronicznych–łącznie 12 920 zł nettoPosłuży ono do opracowania technologii oraz rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych niezbędnych do rozpoczęcia produkcji prototypów. W celu produkcji prototypów niezbędny będzie zakup:-frezarki 67 320 zł netto-kamery termowizyjnej 20 000 zł netto-usługi w postaci opracowania systemu wizyjnej kontroli paneli słonecznych 30 000 zł nettoW celu testowania opracowanych rozwiązań niezbędna jest budowa prototypów SolarBota. Będą to 3 różne rodzaje prototypów z różnymi opcjami, które będą stanowiły:1)Różne wózki jezdne2)Różne napędy modułu myjącego3)Różna konstrukcja napędu głowicy myjącej.Inwestycja pozwoli przyjmować i realizować nowe zlecenia oraz wprowadzić nowe produkty na rynek.
