Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja rejonu ul. Jasielskiej poprzez działania w zakresie zagospodarowania i rozwoju przestrzeni publicznej w obszarze nadmiernego nagromadzenia funkcji (zabudowa mieszkaniowa, zakład karny, przemysłowa) i adaptację hali poprzemysłowej na cele społeczne w granicach obszaru rewitalizacyjnego B w Iławie. Obejmuje zakresem rozbiórkę niewielkiego fragmentu hali poprzemysłowej (budynek nr 2) celem zwiększenia jego dostępności i adaptację pozostałej części obiektu, budowę bezpośrednio przy budynku chodnik, zatoka postojowa, oświetlenie, uporządkowanie terenu i zagospodarowanie zieleni. Wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, dział. 8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich, realizuje 9 cel temat.: Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Kwalifikuje się do projektów schematu A. To element zintegrowanego projektu z podstawowych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych pn. „Kompleksowa rewitalizacja rejonu ul. Jasielskiej”: Moduł I. Nowa przestrzeń - nowa perspektywa, Moduł III. Adaptacja hali poprzemysłowej do prowadzenia aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Ukierunkowane jest na nadanie przestrzeni i byłej hali nowych walorów funkcjonalnych i estetycznych, podniesienie atrakcyjności społ. oraz stworzenie warunków do działania organizacji pozarządowych realizujących projekty nieinfrastrukturalne na rzecz włączenia społecznego, walki z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Przyczyni się zatem do poprawy jakości życia społeczności zamieszkującej i użytkującej zdegradowany rejon ul. Jasielskiej, likwidacji podstawowych barier infrastrukturalnych powodujących dysfunkcyjność obszaru i wykluczenie społeczne jego mieszkańców. (Polish)

The subject of the project is revitalisation of ul. Jasielska through activities related to the development and development of public spaces in the area of excessive accumulation of functions (housing, penal, industrial) and adaptation of the post-industrial hall for social purposes within the limits of the revitalisation area B in Iława. It covers the demolition of a small part of the post-industrial hall (building 2) in order to increase its availability and adapt the rest of the facility, building a pavement directly next to the building, a parking bay, lighting, land order and greenery management. It fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, division. IT’S 8.1. Revitalisation of urban areas, pursues the 9 objective of the theme: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, investment priority 9b: Supporting the physical, economic and social regeneration of poor communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. It is eligible for schematic A projects. It is an element of an integrated project from basic revitalisation projects n. “Complete revitalisation of the area of ul. Jasielska': Module I. New space – a new perspective, Module III. Adaptation of the post-industrial hall to the socio-occupational activation of people at risk of social exclusion. It aims to give new functional and aesthetic value to the former hall, to increase the attractiveness of the community and to create the conditions for non-infrastructural NGOs implementing non-infrastructured projects for social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination. It will therefore contribute to improving the quality of life of the community inhabiting and using the degraded area of ul. Jasielska, the removal of basic infrastructure barriers that cause dysfunction of the area and social exclusion of its inhabitants. (English)
