Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja dwóch skwerów przy ul. Niepodległości i Królowej Jadwigi w granicach obszaru rewitalizacyjnego A, w podziale na zadania: 1.Budowa Galerii Jazzowej w Iławie i 2.Rewitalizacja skweru przy ul. Królowej Jadwigi w Iławie. Są elementem projektu zintegrowanego podstawowego pn. „Kreowanie przestrzeni społecznej w Iławie” - Moduł III – Człowiek plus przestrzeń równa się harmonia”. Zadanie 1 obejmuje wykonanie ekspozycji stałej i zmiennej, małej architektury, urządzenie zieleni, komunikacji dla pieszych, infrastruktury techn. w tym przebudowę kolizji, odwodnienie i oświetlenie. Zadanie2: ścieżki, placyk, pochylnie, schody terenowe, mała architektura, urządzenie zieleni, komunikacji dla pieszych, infrastruktury technicznej w tym przebudowa kolizji, odwodnienie i oświetlenie. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, dział. 8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich, realizuje 9 cel temat: Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Kwalifikuje się do projektów schematu A. Zadania znajdują się w reprezentacyjnej części miasta, w rejonie Jezioraka Małego. Polegają na wykorzystaniu skwerów w celu aktywizacji społecznej, szerzenia kultury oraz rozwoju różnych form rekreacji. Inwestycja nada nowy wyraz fragmentom przestrzeni publicznej w nawiązaniu do tradycji miasta, podniesie atrakcyjność społeczną terenu i stworzy warunki do realizacji różnorodnych projektów nieinfrastrukturalnych w tym na rzecz włączenia społecznego. Przyczyni się do poprawy jakości życia społeczności zamieszkującej i użytkującej obszar wskazany do rewitalizacji, pozostałych mieszkańców Iławy oraz turystów, a także likwidacji podstawowych barier infrastrukturalnych powodujących dysfunkcyjność obszaru. Independence and Queen Jadwiga within the limits of revitalisation area A, broken down by task: 1.Construction of Jazz Gallery in Iława and 2.Revitalisation of the square at ul. Queen Jadwiga in Iława. They are part of the integrated basic project BC. “Creating social space in Iława” – Module III – Man plus space equals harmony. Task 1 includes the execution of permanent and variable exposure, small architecture, greenery, pedestrian communication, technical infrastructure including collision reconstruction, dehydration and lighting. Task2: paths, square, slipways, terrain stairs, small architecture, greenery, pedestrian communication, technical infrastructure including reconstruction of collisions, dehydration and lighting. The project fits into the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, division. IT’S 8.1. Revitalisation of urban areas, pursues objective 9 theme: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, investment priority 9b: Supporting the physical, economic and social regeneration of poor communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. Qualifies for schemes A. Tasks are located in the representative part of the city, in the area of Lake Mały. They rely on the use of squares for social activation, spreading culture and the development of various forms of recreation. The investment will give new expression to fragments of public space in relation to the city’s tradition, increase the social attractiveness of the area and create the conditions for carrying out various non-infrastructural projects, including social inclusion. It will contribute to improving the quality of life of the community living and using the area designated for revitalisation, other residents of Iława and tourists, as well as the removal of basic infrastructure barriers that cause dysfunction of the area.
