Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, ponieważ jest elementem zintegrowanego przedsięwzięcia rewitalizacji Działdowa, określonego w LPR, obejmującego m.in. zagospodarowanie zdegradowanych obszarów miejskich w celu przywrócenia lub nadania im nowych funkcji społecznych. Rewitalizacja terenów śródmiejskich jest jednym z podstawowych zadań o znaczeniu strategicznym. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wzmocnienia więzi społecznych, stworzy miejsce pracy, zachowa zasady polityki przestrzennej. Łączy w sobie ekologię i związek człowieka z naturą, naukę i technikę, której zadaniem jest dostarczenie użytkownikom jak najwięcej wrażeń. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy miasta.Zakres: Roboty budowlane obejmą pow. 0,992 ha oraz zakup wyposażenia i nasadzenie roślinności: 1.Przestrzeń sensoryczna podzielona na 4 strefy: a. Strefa dotyku, w której znajdować się będzie: ścianka Pin Art, ścieżka bosych stóp, plac z roślinnością do deptania, b. Str. dźwięku: instrumenty muzyczne zewnętrzne, budki dla ptaków, hotele dla owadów, szumiące trawy, c. Str. węchu: rośliny pachnące, d. Str. wzroku: rośliny o kontrastowych kolorach i pokrojach, 6 słupów z roślinnością pnącą, 3 krzywe zwierciadła, latające lustro, 3 tarcze doświadczalne. 2. Str.recyklingu: rzeźba ze starych rowerów, siedziska i tab.inf. z palet. 3. Str. środowiska suchego i wilgotnego-nasadzenia. 4. Strefa relaksu: leżaki, podest do ćwiczeń, gabiony, plac z płyt betonowych, rośliny, altana ażurowa. 5. Ławki, kosze, oświetlenie parkowe, 2 ujęcia wody. 6. Ścieżki piesze, ścieżka rowerowa, 3 mostki, witacze 8szt, stojaki rowerowe na 6 stan.-2szt. Etapy realizacji: 1. przygot. dokum. aplikacyjnej, w tym projektu rewitalizacji parku, 2. złożenie wniosku, 3. podpisanie umowy o dofinan., 4. wybór wykonawcy w oparciu o PZP, 5. realizacja inwestycji (w tym monitoring postępu prac), 6. etapowe rozlicz. inwestycji, 7. zakończenie inwestycji, 8. złożenie wniosku o płatn.końcową. The revitalisation of urban areas is one of the key strategic tasks. The project will improve the quality of life of residents and strengthen social ties, create a workplace and maintain the principles of spatial policy. It combines ecology and human connection with nature, science and technology, whose task is to provide users with as much experience as possible. The target group consists of residents of the city. Scope: Construction works will cover the area. 0,992 ha and purchase of equipment and planting of vegetation: 1.Sensory space divided into 4 zones: a. Touch zone in which you will be: Pin Art wall, bare foot path, square with vegetation for trampling, b. Str. sound: external musical instruments, bird booths, insect hotels, grass-smoking, c. Smelt: fragrant plants, d. Str. of sight: plants with contrasting colors and cuts, 6 columns with climbing vegetation, 3 curved mirrors, flying mirrors, 3 experimental shields. 2. Recycling: sculpture from old bicycles, seats and tab.inf. with pallets. 3. Dry and moist environments. 4. Relaxation zone: deck chairs, exercise platform, gabions, concrete slabs, plants, openwork gazebo. 5. Benches, baskets, park lighting, 2 water intakes. 6. Footpaths, bike path, 3 bridges, 8pcs, bike stands for 6 state.-2pcs. Stages of implementation: 1. preparation of the application document, including the revitalisation project of the park, 2. submission of the application, 3. signing of the contract for dofinan., 4. selection of the contractor based on PZP, 5. implementation of the investment (including monitoring of progress of works), 6th stage settlement of investments, 7. completion of the investment, 8. submission of the application for payment.
