The scope of the project covers 1 multi-gene building in Olsztyn, ul. Jagiellońska 15 – sub-linen building, number of floors: 4, total number of premises: 25, including residential – 20 and usable – 5 with a total area of use. 985,70 m². The building of the obstetrician is in the protection zone and is entered in the register of monuments under the register number: A-2625. In the option chosen for implementation of this project, a new quality of the building and space will be achieved through the following improvements: a) Refurbishment of the building’s roof (b) Performing vertical moisture insulation of the building; C) Refurbishment of building facade d) installation of stairway lighting detectors, e) Refurbishment of stairways in the building. More in chapters. 1.1 sw; Stakeholders of the project are residents of the tenement house, and thus the area of revitalisation, tourists, conservation services, local government of Olsztyn. For details on the material scope and solutions adopted, see section. 2.2 executable study and in the extract of techn. document annexed to the application. The whole range of investments will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. The Housing Community Nier. at 15 Jagiellońska Street, which together with its partner will provide a team of people responsible for the implementation of the project, who are qualified and experienced in the implementation of the projects implemented in the years 2007-2013, which is confirmed by chapter 2.4 of the study. After its completion, the project will unambiguously solve one of the most important problems concerning the most damaged and neglected technical infrastructure on the street. Jagiellońska 15 in Olsztyn will counteract the marginalisation of large groups of residents degraded socially and economically, characterised by historic buildings. It will also significantly contribute to the social activation of residents and reduce the level of social pathology in a given area. (English)

    Zakres projektu obejmuje 1 budynek wielorodz. położ. w Olsztynie przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 15 – budynek podpiwn., liczba kondygnacji: 4, ilość lokali ogółem: 25, w tym mieszkalnych - 20 i użytkowych - 5 o łącznej pow. użyt. 985,70 m2. Budynek położ. jest w strefie ochrony konserw. i jest wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod numerem rejestru: A-2625). W wybranym do realizacji wariancie stanowiącym przedmiot niniejszego projektu nowa jakość budynku oraz przestrzeni zostanie uzyskana poprzez następujące usprawnienia: a) Remont dachu kamienicy b) Wykonanie pionowej izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynku; c) Remont elewacji budynku d) montaż czujek oświetlenia klatek schodowych, e) Remont klatek schodowych w budynku. Więcej w rozdz. 1.1 sw; Interesariuszami przedmiotowego projektu są mieszkańcy kamienicy, a tym samym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści, służby konserwatorskie, samorząd Gminy Olsztyn. Szczeg. informacje na temat zakresu rzeczowego i przyjętych rozwiązań znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wykonaln. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Cały zakres inwestycji wdrażany będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej Nier. przy ulicy Jagiellońskiej 15, która wraz z partnerem zapewni zespół osób odpowiedz. za wdrożenie projektu, którzy posiadają kwalifikacje i doświadczenie w realizacji projektów wdrożonych w latach 2007-2013, co potwierdza rozdział 2.4 studium. Projekt po jego zakończeniu jednoznacznie rozwiąże jeden z istotniejszych problemów dotyczących najbardziej zniszczonej i zaniedbanej infrastruktury technicznej przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 15 w Olsztynie oraz będzie przeciwdziałał marginalizacji znacznych grup mieszkańców zdegradowanego społecznie i ekonomicznie, charakteryzującego się zabytkową zabudową otoczenia. W istotny sposób przyczyni się także do społecznej aktywizacji mieszkańców i wpłynie na obniżenie poziomu występujących zjawisk patologii społecznej na danym terenie. (Polish)
