After the project, the old building after the former District Office will be renovated and exposed in the urban fabric of Ostróda. The existing building will be renovated and adapted for social purposes. It will be possible to carry out social functions by performing architectural and construction works related to reconstruction, renovation, thermo-modernisation and replacement of internal installations and adaptation of the building to the needs of people with disabilities (e.g. equipment with elevators). The building includes monitoring, central heating system, modern heat node, electrical and telecommunications installation, water-channel installation. The project also includes the equipment of training apartments planned on the third floor. The promotion of the project and the implementation of the implementing project are also foreseen. The most important phases of the project are presented in the feasibility study in point 2.1.1.1 Identification of policy options (description of option I) and point 2.2. Post-project status. By combining the building with the current institutions of the Association, a joint Centre for Rehabilitation, Education and Support for Persons with Intellectual Disability will be created, which will be the showcase of this problem area. These solutions have been adopted according to the functions of the building and taking into account energy savings and reduction of its individual losses. The project is part of action 8.1. Revitalisation of urban areas RPO WM pursues 9 thematic objective: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, investment priority 9b: Supporting the physical, economic and social regeneration of poor communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. By revitalising the old building, it achieves the objective of: revitalising cities and poor communities, reducing poverty through social inclusion of discriminated persons. (English)

    Po realizacji projektu stary budynek po byłym Starostwie Powiatowym zostanie odnowiony i wyeksponowany w tkance miejskiej Ostródy. Istniejący budynek zostanie wyremontowany i zaadaptowany na cele społeczne. Poprzez wykonanie prac architektonicznych i konstrukcyjnych dot. przebudowy, remontu, termomodernizacji oraz wymianę instalacji wewnętrznych a także przystosowanie budynku do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (m.in. wyposażenie w windę), będzie możliwe realizowanie w nim funkcji społecznych. W budynku przewidziano monitoring, instalację centralnego ogrzewania wraz z nowoczesnym węzłem cieplnym, instalację elektryczną i telekomunikacyjną, instalację wod-kan. W projekcie uwzględniono także wyposażenie mieszkań treningowych planowanych na III piętrze. Przewidziano także promocję projektu oraz wykonanie projektu wykonawczego. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji projektu przedstawiono w studium wykonalności w pkt 2.1.1.1 Identyfikacja wariantów strategicznych (opis wariantu I) oraz pkt 2.2. Stan po realizacji projektu. Poprzez połączenie budynku z obecnymi placówkami Stowarzyszenia powstanie wspólne Centrum Rehabilitacji, Edukacji i Wsparcia dla Osób z Niepełnosprawnością Intelektualną, które będzie wizytówką tego problemowego obszaru. Rozwiązania te przyjęto odpowiednio do funkcji jakie pełnić będzie budynek oraz biorąc pod uwagę oszczędność energii oraz redukcję jej jednostkowych strat. Przedsięwzięcie wpisuje się w działanie 8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich RPO WM realizuje 9 cel tematyczny: Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Poprzez rewitalizację starego budynku realizuje cel: rewitalizacja miast i ubogich społeczności, ograniczanie ubóstwa poprzez włączenie społeczne osób dyskryminowanych. (Polish)
