Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rewitalizacja 3 budynków należących do Gminy Dobre Miasto na terenie miasta Dobre Miasto przy ul. Olsztyńskiej 3 i przy ul. Górnej 24 oraz budynku przy ul. Górnej 9a, wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół budynków. Teren inwestycji zlokalizowany jest w całości na obszarze zdegradowanym, cechującym się szczególną koncentracją negatywnych zjawisk społecznych, mający jednocześnie ogromne znaczenie dla rozwoju lokalnego. Realizacja projektu wynika bezpośrednio z potrzeb środowiska społeczno-gospodarczego opisanych w „Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji gminy Dobre Miasto w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu rewitalizacji sieci miast Cittaslow”. Inwestycja zakłada modernizację i adaptację oraz rekonstrukcje zniszczonej substancji budynków m.in. docieplenie, wymianę okien,drzwi i uszkodzonych elementów dachu, wykonanie wykończeń zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych oraz niezbędnych instalacji, przystosowanie obiektów do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Zabiegi renowacyjne będą miały na celu zatrzymanie procesów degradacji i przywrócenie sprawności technicznej oraz estetycznej budynków. Zagospodarowany zostanie teren wokół budynków (wykonanie nawierzchni pieszo-jezdnych, parkingów, oświetlenia, terenów zielonych, małej architektury). W budynkach stworzone zostaną m.in. pomieszczenia biurowe, socjalne, świetlicowe, warsztatowe itp. Znajdzie tam swoją siedzibę ośrodek działający przy MOPS, którego celem będzie zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych i społecznych, przeciwdziałanie postawie wyuczonej bezradności, aktywizacja zawodowa i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu oraz stosowanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji dostępnej dotychczas w niewystarczającym zakresie na terenie miasta.Konieczny jest również zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia.Potrzeba realizacji tego przedsięwzięcia wynika bezpośrednio z potrzeb mieszkańców obszaru wyznaczonego do rewitalizacji. Powyższe działania wpisują się w założenia Osi priorytetowej 8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji. (Polish)

The object of the investment is the revitalisation of 3 buildings belonging to the Dobre Miasto commune in the city of Dobre Miasto on the street. Olsztynska 3 and ul. Upper 24 and the building at ul. Upper 9a, along with the development of the area around the buildings. The investment area is located entirely in a degraded area, characterised by a particular concentration of negative social phenomena, which is also of great importance for local development. The implementation of the project derives directly from the needs of the socio-economic environment described in the “Local Programme of the Regeneration of the Good City Municipality as part of the Over-local revitalisation programme of Cittaslow city network”. The investment includes modernisation and adaptation and reconstruction of damaged building substances, such as warming, replacement of windows, doors and damaged roof elements, execution of external and internal finishes and necessary installations, adaptation of objects to the needs of people with disabilities. Renovation treatments will be aimed at stopping the degradation processes and restoring the technical and aesthetic efficiency of buildings. The area around the buildings will be developed (producting of foot and road surfaces, car parks, lighting, green areas, small architecture). The buildings will include office, social, common room, workshop, etc. There will be a centre operating at MOPS, which will aim to increase educational and social opportunities, counteract the attitude of learned helplessness, professional activation and counteracting social exclusion, as well as the use of instruments of active inclusion available so far to an insufficient extent in the city.It is also necessary to buy the necessary equipment.The need to implement this project is directly due to the needs of the residents of the area designated for revitalisation. The above actions are part of the Priority Axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation. (English)
