The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness in the labour market of the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled by enabling them to acquire or renew attractive and sought-after professional qualifications and competences, taking into account the role of traineeships as a post-training period of practical professional skills in the realities of the workplace. Project implemented in the area of Buskie County from 04.2016 to 03.2018r. The target group is persons over 29 years of age registered with the PUP in Busku-Zdrój as unemployed with an established II aid profile, meeting the definitions of the long-term unemployed or low-skilled, defined for POs co-financed by the ESF. The main output and result indicators are: • number of unemployed people (including debt. unemployment) supported in the programme – target of 64 people. (32K and 32M); • the number of long-term unemployed supported in the programme – targeting 32 people (16K and 16M); • the number of low-skilled people supported in the programme – targeting 32 people (16K and 16M); • the number of persons who have obtained qualifications or competences after leaving the programme – targeting 54 people (29K and 25M); • the number of people who were qualified after leaving the programme – targeting 25 people (25M); • number of people working after leaving the program (including self-employed) – targeting 10 people (5K and 5M) within 4 weeks after completion of participation in the project; • effect. employment in the group of long-term unemployed – target 42 %; • effect. employment in a group of low-skilled people – targeting 42 %. The main actions adopted in the project are: • identification of professional needs and opportunities of project participants • planning activities based on IPD • vocational guidance • training • internships. The amount of eligible costs for the project is PLN 1 016 215.27, of which dofinan. The ESF amounts to PLN 863 782.98. The own contribution is PLN 50 810.76. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności na rynku pracy osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz osób o niskich kwalifikacjach poprzez umożliwienie im w formie szkoleń nabycia lub odnowienia atrakcyjnych i poszukiwanych kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych, z uwzględnieniem roli stażu jako okresu nabywania po szkoleniu praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych w realiach funkcjonowania zakładu pracy. Projekt realizowany na obszarze powiatu buskiego od 04.2016r. do 03.2018r. Grupą docelową są osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zarejestrowane w PUP w Busku-Zdroju jako bezrobotne z ustalonym II profilem pomocy, spełniające definicje osoby długotrwale bezrobotnej lub o niskich kwalifikacjach, określone dla PO współfinansowanych z EFS. Główne wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu to: • liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z dług. bezrob.) objętych wsparciem w programie – docelowo 64 os. (32K i 32M); • liczba os. długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w programie – docelowo 32 osób (16K i 16M); • liczba os. o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – docelowo 32 osób (16K i 16M); • liczba os., które uzyskały kwalifikacje bądź kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – docelowo 54 osoby (29K i 25M); • liczba os., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – docelowo 25 osób (25M); • liczba os. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) – docelowo 10 osób (5K i 5M) w ciągu 4 tyg. po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie; • efekt. zatrudnieniowa w grupie osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – docelowo 42%; • efekt. zatrudnieniowa w grupie osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – docelowo 42%.
