Individual approaches to participants will enable them to take into account their specific psychological needs, predisposition and expectations of participation in and to overcome the barriers to their participation in proj. In order to take part, they are entitled to take their part in their own motion and meet the criteria of the destination (the principle of non-discrimination and equal opportunities for access to be given, inter alia, K and ON). Pro.carried out at your project office in Końskie (seizures in Końskie). Period of implementation. 01.08.2016-30.06.2017. Amount of funding: PLN 446812,60. Own resources: PLN 23519,90. Main results: Working after the exit of the programme (for own account) — 12os (12k); — who have obtained a qualification following the 30th programme (30K).     Celem głównym jest poprawa sytuacji zawod. i społecznej 30 K po 29 r.ż., zamieszkujących pow. konecki (w tym: 4 K z niepełnospr. i 12K z wykszt. max gimnazjalnym), które są bezrobotne (24 K w tym 6K długotrwale bezrob. wyłącznie z I i II profilem pomocy) lub bierne zawod. (6K), poprzez udział w/w osób w kompleksowym programie aktywiz. zawod. tj. poradnictwo indywidualne (w tym opracow. IPD) i grupowe, szkolenia, staże. Indywidualne podejście do uczest. pozwoli uwzgl. w procesie aktywizacji ich specyficzne potrzeby psychologiczne, predyspozycje i oczekiwania wzgl. udziału w proj. i zniwelować bariery przystąpienia przez nich do proj. W proj. udział mogą brać os z pow. koneckiego spełniające kryteria gr docelowej (rekrut.otwarta z zachow. zasady niedyskrymin. i równości szans dostępu m.in. K i ON).
