The main objective of the project is to increase activity in the field of employment and thus increase employment opportunities for 60 people (31K/29M) unemployed and inactive persons over 29 years old from the area of Ostrowiec Poviat through a comprehensive activation programme including IPD, professional advice, job intermediation, courses and traineeships and assisted employment for people with disabilities. Support will be given to unemployed and inactive persons over 29 years of age from the area of Ostrowiec County, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. belonging to at least one of the categories: —women, -persons over the age of 50, -with low qualifications, – disabled persons, -long-term unemployed, – caring for a dependent person, -returning to the labour market after the end of the period of care (the statuses may cross). As a result of the project, it is assumed that: —60 people (31K/29M) will take part in vocational courses and traineeships, gaining new skills and experience -36 people (9K/27M) will gain qualifications – at least 20 people (10K/10M) will take up employment. “Single vascular excavator”, “Magazynier with forklift support” “MAG and TIG” “Administrative and office worker with the support of computer office package” “Casjer-seller with cash register support” Participants of the project will receive professional advice and work. Cel główny projektu to wzrost aktywności na polu zawodowym, a co za tym idzie zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia u 60 osób (31K/29M) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo powyżej 29 roku życia z terenu powiatu ostrowieckiego poprzez kompleksowy program aktywizacji zawodowej obejmujący IPD, doradztwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, kursy i staże oraz zatrudnienie wspomagane dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby bezrobotne oraz bierne zawodowo powyżej 29 roku życia z terenu powiatu ostrowieckiego, znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należące do przynajmniej jednej z kategorii: -kobiety, -osoby po 50 roku życia, -z niskimi kwalifikacjami, -osoby niepełnosprawne, -długotrwale bezrobotne, -sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną, -powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki (statusy mogą się krzyżować). W wyniku realizacji projektu zakłada się, że: -60 osób (31K/29M) weźmie udział w kursach i stażach zawodowych, zdobywając nowe umiejętności i doświadczenie -36 osób (9K/27M) uzyska kwalifikacje -przynajmniej 20 osób (10K/10M) podejmie zatrudnienie W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną kursy: "Operator koparki jednonaczyniowej", "Magazynier z obsługą wózka widłowego" "Spawacz MAG i TIG" "Pracownik administracyjno-biurowy z obsługą komputerowego pakietu biurowego" "Kasjer-sprzedawca z obsługą kasy fiskalnej" Uczestnicy/-czki projektu objęci zostaną doradztwem zawodowym i pośrednictwem pracy. Odbędą 6-miesięczne płatne staże, które pozwolą im nabyć doświadczenie zawodowe. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie powiatu ostrowieckiego w okresie III 2016r. - VI 2017r.
