The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Pińcz district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 20 people registered in the MUP/PUP. POWIAT PIŃCZOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PIŃCZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 20 osób zarejestrowane w MUP/PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
