The subject of the project is the implementation of product and process innovation – a warning tape with visually high temperature signalling function, in order to significantly modernise the product offer A-SPE Europe I.Mianowski Sp. j. The investment includes the purchase of 5 devices and 1 software for practical application of technological solutions resulting from R & D works. The implementation of innovative technological solutions will result in a fundamental diversification of the range and extending it to a new product – an innovative warning tape with the function of visually high surface temperature signalling. The location of the project is the Applicant’s headquarters located in Gronów Górny, at 5 Agatowa Street. The investment includes the following tasks (purchases): 1. Latex plotter – 1 pcs. 2. Multiformat laminator – 1 pcs. 3. Computer set – 1 pcs. 4. Software – 1 pcs. 5. Mechanical guillotine – 1 pcs. 6. Manual guillotine – 1 units implemented in the third quarter of 2018 to IV quarter 2019. The venture as a technological investment will enable the implementation of innovative product solutions resulting from the company’s R & D activity thanks to the planned outlays. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the WiM RPO 2014-2020 SzOOP due to the assumed increased marketability of R & D results and the resulting increase in the company’s innovation. The investment will increase the use of innovation in the SME sector, which directly pursues two thematic objectives of cohesion policy: CT 1 "Strengthening research, technological development and innovation" and CT 3 "strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji produktowej i procesowej - taśmy ostrzegawczej z funkcją wizualnej sygnalizacji wysokiej temperatury powierzchni, celem znaczącego unowocześnienia oferty produktowej A-SPE Europe I.Mianowski Sp. j. Inwestycja obejmuje zakup 5 urządzeń i 1 oprogramowania dla praktycznego zastosowania rozwiązań technologicznych będących efektem prac własnych w zakresie B+R. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na podniesienie poziomu bezpieczeństwa osób pracujących w pobliżu gorących powierzchni, dzięki możliwości określenia poziomu zagrożenia za pomocą oceny wzrokowej. Efektem wdrożenia nowatorskich rozwiązań technologicznych będzie zasadnicze zróżnicowanie asortymentu i poszerzenie go o nowy produkt - innowacyjną taśmę ostrzegawczą z funkcją wizualnej sygnalizacji wysokiej temperatury powierzchni. Miejscem realizacji projektu jest siedziba główna Wnioskodawcy zlokalizowana w Gronowie Górnym, przy ulicy Agatowej 5. Inwestycja obejmuje następujące zadania (zakupy): 1. Ploter lateksowy – 1 szt. 2. Laminator wieloformatowy – 1 szt. 3. Zestaw komputerowy – 1 szt. 4. Oprogramowanie – 1 szt. 5. Gilotyna mechaniczna – 1 szt. 6. Gilotyna ręczna– 1 szt. realizowane w okresie III kwartał 2018 - IV kwartał 2019 r. Przedsięwzięcie jako inwestycja technologiczna umożliwi dzięki planowanym nakładom wdrożenie rozwiązań innowacyjnych produktowych będących efektem aktywności badawczo-rozwojowej przedsiębiorstwa. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na zakładane zwiększone urynkowienie wyników działalności B+R oraz osiągnięty ich rezultacie wzrost innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa. Inwestycja pozwoli na zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji w sektorze MŚP, czym wprost realizuje dwa cele tematyczne polityki spójności: CT 1 „wzmacnianie badań naukowych, rozwoju technologicznego i innowacji” oraz CT 3 „wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP.
