Projekt realizowany w okresie 08.2018-06.2020, skierowany do 58 uczniów (29K/29M) technikum i zasadniczej szkoły zawodowej Zespołu Szkół w Czerwionce-Leszczynach, którzy zgodnie ze swoimi potrzebami i zainteresowaniami uczestniczą w certyfikowanych kursach i szkoleniach zewnętrznych, zajęciach z doradztwa zawodowego, wizytach studyjnych w zakładach pracy, dodatkowych zajęciach pozalekcyjnych rozwijających i podnoszących kompetencje oraz szkoleniu z języka angielskiego. Projekt obejmuje również utworzenie klasy patronackiej w zawodzie technik ekonomista (8K/0M) w porozumieniu z uczelnią wyższą oraz dodatkowe wsparcie (szkolenia i kursy certyfikowane oraz studia podyplomowe) dla 14 nauczycieli (9K/5M). W ramach projektu zostaną także doposażone klasopracownie. Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału edukacyjnego, poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego i podniesienie poziomu przygotowania zawodowego i dostosowanie oferty kształcenia do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy.
