The project is implemented in partnership by TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. and the Hair salon Modern Style from 01.09.2017 to 31.08.2019 in the area of the Southern Subregion RIT of the Silesian Voivodeship in Technikm TEB Education in Bielsko-Biała). The main objective is to strengthen the employability of 48 Students (39K and 9M) studying in the field of Hairdressing Services and Advertising Organisation Techniques through the implementation of a comprehensive program adapting the learning process to the needs of the regional labour market, providing for the implementation of edu consulting.-Zaw., additional specialised training in accordance with the requirements of the local labour market, organisation of internships for pupils and equipping the above schools and creating conditions reflecting natural working conditions. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie przez TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. oraz Salon Fryzjerskim Nowoczesny Styl w terminie od 01.09.2017 do 31.08.2019 r. na obszarze RIT Subregionu Południowego woj.śląskiego w Technikum TEB Edukacja w Bielsku-Białej). Celem głównym pro.wzmocnienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 48 Uczniów (39K i 9M) kształcących się na kierunku Technik Usług Fryzjerskich i Technik organizacji reklamy poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu dostosowującego proces kształcenia do potrzeb regionalnego rynku pracy zakładającego wdrożenie doradztwa edu.-zaw., dodatkowe specjalistyczne szkolenia zgodne z wymogami lokalnego rynku pracy, organizację staży zaw.dla uczniów oraz doposażenie ww.szkół i stworzenie w nich warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy. Realizacja wszystkich zadań w ramach proj.przyczyni się do osiągnięcia założonych we wniosku o dof. wskaźników oraz wzrostu zatrudnienia wśród absolwentów szkół zaw. poprzez poprawę efektywności realizowanego wsparcia (Polish)
