Projekt jest próbą utworzenia na terenie Gminy Miasta Częstochowy, w ramach działań partnerskich kompleksowego i zorganizowanego systemu wsparcia rodziny jako podstawowej komórki społecznej. Proponowane w ramach projektu działania przyczynia się do podniesienia jakości i dostępności usług wsparcia rodziny wg określonego standardu, których nie udałoby się zrealizować bez wsparcia finansowego z zewnątrz. Potrzeba zastosowania proponowanych rozwiązań wynika z diagnozy i wieloletniego doświadczenia w pracy z rodziną wieloproblemową, dotkniętą problemem wykluczenia społecznego, ubóstwa, przemocy, niepełnosprawności i innych przyczyn powodujących niewydolność społeczno wychowawczą i brak prawidłowych wzorców. Projekt realizowany będzie poprzez utworzenie: Poradni dla rodziny oraz wsparcie i rozwój form pracy z rodziną i asystentury rodzinnej (typ 1.c) Utworzenie Punktu interwencji kryzysowej dla dzieci oraz ujednolicenia standardu funkcjonowania placówek wsparcia dziennego (typ 1.a) (Polish)

The project is an attempt to establish within the Municipality of Częstochowa, within the framework of partnership activities a comprehensive and organised family support system as a basic social cell. The proposed action under the project contributes to improving the quality and availability of family support services according to a specific standard that would not have been possible without external financial support. The need to apply the proposed solutions stems from the diagnosis and long-standing experience of working with a multi-problem family, affected by social exclusion, poverty, violence, disability and other causes of socio-educational insufficiency and lack of proper practices. The project will be implemented through the creation of: Family clinics and support and development of family work and family assistants (type 1.c) Creation of a crisis intervention point for children and unification of the standard of operation of day support facilities (type 1.a) (English)
