The project is an attempt to establish within the Municipality of Częstochowa, within the framework of partnership activities a comprehensive and organised family support system as a basic social cell. The proposed action under the project contributes to improving the quality and availability of family support services according to a specific standard that would not have been possible without external financial support. Projekt jest próbą utworzenia na terenie Gminy Miasta Częstochowy, w ramach działań partnerskich kompleksowego i zorganizowanego systemu wsparcia rodziny jako podstawowej komórki społecznej. Proponowane w ramach projektu działania przyczynia się do podniesienia jakości i dostępności usług wsparcia rodziny wg określonego standardu, których nie udałoby się zrealizować bez wsparcia finansowego z zewnątrz. Potrzeba zastosowania proponowanych rozwiązań wynika z diagnozy i wieloletniego doświadczenia w pracy z rodziną wieloproblemową, dotkniętą problemem wykluczenia społecznego, ubóstwa, przemocy, niepełnosprawności i innych przyczyn powodujących niewydolność społeczno wychowawczą i brak prawidłowych wzorców. Projekt realizowany będzie poprzez utworzenie: Poradni dla rodziny oraz wsparcie i rozwój form pracy z rodziną i asystentury rodzinnej (typ 1.c) Utworzenie Punktu interwencji kryzysowej dla dzieci oraz ujednolicenia standardu funkcjonowania placówek wsparcia dziennego (typ 1.a) (Polish)
