Cel projektu: Zapewnienie w okresie 7.2016-6.2018 kompleksowych, wysokiej jakości środowiskowych usług społecznych skierowanych do 100 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym oraz 60 dzieci i młodzieży – członków ich rodzin, prowadzący do aktywizacji 60 osób. Działania: wsparcie asystentów rodzin, grupy wsparcia, indywidualne wsparcie psychologa, doradcy i prawnika, prowadzenie 2 świetlic środowiskowych. Wartość projektu ok. 850 tys zł, wkład własny 7,5%.
