Celem gł.proj.jest przeciwdziałanie oraz minimaliz.skutków wyklucz.społ.u 70K/45M w wieku6-16l. poprzez rozszerzenie oferty wsparcia w 8 świetlicach środowisk.prowadzonych przez PCK w Ostrowcu Św,nastawione gł. na rozw. kompet.klucz, psychospoł.wraz z poradnictwem rodzinnym dla 12K/8M-rodziców/opiekunów prawnych.
