Projekt będzie polegał na bud. niecki basenowej żelbetowej o wymiarach 10m x 18m, głębokości max. 1,30 m podzielonej na dwie części o wym. 7m x 10m i 11m x 10m wraz z pokryciem niecek basenowych materiałem o odpowiednich właściwościach termoizolacyjnych w celu ograniczenia parowania i straty ciepła w czasie gdy basen nie będzie użytkowany oraz brodzika dla dzieci; zakupie i montażu urządzeń techniki kompletnego basenu mineralno-siarczkowego; wyk. plaży wokół basenu z odpływami, wykończonej materiałem antypoślizgowym i antybakteryjnym w kolorystyce uwzgl. środowisko; wyposażeniu w ławki, leżaki, itp.; wyk. budynku w kształcie nawiązującym do grobowców megalitycznych odkrytych w Słonowicach (gm.
