The project will adapt partners’ IT systems, mainly hospitals, to work requirements based on medical documentation in electronic form and enable them to transmit information on medical events to CSIOZ, in accordance with the requirements of the SIOZ Act, e-recept and e-direction services and the possibility of providing patients with electronic medical records. Due to the varying levels of partner infrastructure, ICT systems will be tailored to their hardware and software in a way that ensures and improves system continuity at level 4th class of IT availability in all units. The objectives of the project are in line with the objective of Action7.1 Development of RPO2014-2020 e-society and in line with the specific objectives of this priority axis: dissemination of the use of information and communication technologies in public services related to the public administration sector. It is planned to achieve the ability to make available medical records in accordance with the requirements of the SIOZ Act in time. It is planned to achieve 5 output indicators and 1 result, i.e.: Number of ICT systems deployed in entities performing public tasks, Number of public services made available on-line with a maturity of at least 4 – transaction, Number of entities that have made public sector information available online – target value for them is 20 pieces; The storage space of the server room-target value is 1200 TB; Number of public services made available on-line with maturity of 3 – Bilateral interaction with a target of 38 pieces; .. Projekt dostosuje systemy informatyczne Partnerów, głównie szpitali do wymogów pracy w oparciu o dokumentację medyczną w postaci elektronicznej i umożliwienie im przekazywanie informacji o zdarzeniach medycznych do CSIOZ, zgodnie z wymogami Ustawy o SIOZ, obsługę e-recept i e-skierowań oraz stworzenie możliwości udostępnienia pacjentom elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Ze względu na różny poziom infrastruktury partnerów systemy teleinformatyczne będą dostosowane indywidualnie do posiadanego sprzętu i oprogramowania w taki sposób aby we wszystkich jednostkach zastosowane rozwiązania gwarantowały i podnosiły bezpieczeństwo w zakresie ciągłości działania systemów na poziomie 4-tej klasy dostępności systemów informatycznych. Cele projektu są zgodne z celem Działania7.1 Rozwój e-społeczeństwa RPO2014-2020 oraz zgodny z celami szczegółowymi tej osi priorytetowej to jest: upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dotyczących sektora administracji publicznej. Planowane jest terminowe osiągnięcie zdolności do udostępniania dokumentacji medycznej zgodnie z wymogami Ustawy o SIOZ. Planowane jest osiągnięcie 5 wskaźników produktu oraz 1 rezultatu tj: Liczba uruchomionych systemów teleinformatycznych w podmiotach wykonujących zadania publiczne, Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 – transakcja, Liczba podmiotów, które udostępniły on-line informacje sektora publicznego-wartość docelowa dla nich to 20 szt.; Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni-wartość docelowa to 1200 TB; Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 -dwustronna interakcja-wartość docelowa 38 szt; . Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego-wartość docelowa to 2000 szt./rok. W ramach Projektu realizowane będzie 21 zadań.
