The proposal is implemented in the partnership of powiats: Sandomierz, Abbot, Staszowski. The project envisages activities aimed at launching e-services allowing the provision of geodetic resources to natural and legal persons, such as A2C and A2B services, as well as the development of A2A e-services in this area. To this end, it is planned to: 1.construction of applications (expansion of Geoportal) enabling the launch of e-services and adapting the PZGiK system to legal requirements – PLN 280000 2.construction (harmonising and supplementing) of GESUT databases, BDOT500 for registration units in the Project Partners area – PLN 4048981 3.implementing the methodology of digitisation of current documentation accepted into the geodesic resource in order to make it available for e-service processes. — 3473384 PLN 4. modernisation of IT – 324500 PLN 5th training in the service of implemented e-services – PLN 65000 6. project management – PLN 240000 7th promotion – PLN 60000 8. investor and copyright supervision – PLN 150000 The implementation of these activities will allow to achieve the result indicator “Numbers of downloads/restorations of documents containing public sector information” in the amount of 7750 pcs/year; horizontal output indicators “Number of persons covered by training/advising in the field of digital competence” 31 pieces and “Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities” 3 pieces. Actions under the project will contribute to the specific objective set for priority axis VII of the Regional Operational Programme of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020 corresponding to the objective of Action 7.1 (Development of society), i.e. “Dissemination of the use of information and communication technologies in public services concerning public administration”. Wniosek realizowany jest w partnerstwie powiatów: sandomierskiego, opatowskiego, staszowskiego. Projekt przewiduje działania mające na celu uruchomienie e-usług pozwalających na udostępnianie materiałów zasobu geodezyjnego osobom fizycznym i prawnym, czyli usług typu A2C oraz A2B, jak również planuje się rozwój e-usług typu A2A w tym zakresie. W tym celu zaplanowano: 1.budowę aplikacji (rozbudową Geoportalu) umożliwiających uruchomienie e-usług i dostosowanie systemu PZGiK do wymogów prawa – 280000 zł 2.budowę (harmonizacją i uzupełnieniem) baz danych GESUT, BDOT500 dla jednostek ewidencyjnych z obszaru Partnerów Projektu – 4048981 zł 3.wdrożenie metodyki digitalizacji bieżącej dokumentacji przyjmowanej do zasobu geodezyjnego celem jej udostępniania dla procesów e-usług. – 3473384 zł 4. modernizację IT – 324500 zł 5. szkolenia z obsługi wdrożonych e-usług – 65000 zł 6. zarządzanie projektem – 240000 zł 7. promocję – 60000 zł 8. nadzór inwestorski i autorski – 150000 zł Przeprowadzenie tych działań pozwoli na osiągnięcie wskaźnika rezultatu "Liczby pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego" w wysokości 7750 szt./rok; horyzontalnych wskaźników produktu „Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami/ doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych” 31 szt. oraz „Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami” 3 szt. Działania w ramach projektu przyczynią się do realizacji celu szczegółowego wyznaczonego dla VII osi priorytetowej Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Świętokrzyskiego na lata 2014 – 2020 pokrywającym się z celem działania 7.1 (Rozwój e społeczeństwa), czyli "Upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dotyczących administracji publicznej".
