The applicant is the Municipality of Gradnica, the project involves partners: Wiślica Municipality Tucepy Municipality Solec-Zdrój Municipality Pacanów Municipality Nowy Korczyn The project will be implemented in the period of: 19.11.2018-30.06.2020. The project assumes the implementation of the tasks, according to the timetable, and their execution will result in the creation of: 12 ICT systems 72 e-Services at 3 level of maturity 138 e-Services at min. 4 level of maturity As part of the investment, e-services with the degree of maturity of 3, 4 and 5 will be introduced. The investment also assumes the modernisation of the domain systems. The audit carried out in individual units showed the need to co-finance elements without which implementation of this project would be impossible, i.e. modernisation of the websites, and above all the purchase of equipment and services related to its operation, implementation and configuration. Any action envisaged shall be necessary for the implementation of the project and its objectives. The aim of the project is to disseminate the use of information and communication technologies in public services related to public administration. The main objective will be to make new e-services available and to increase access to digital public sector information by individuals and to enable residents to benefit from new public e-services. On the other hand, the specific objective will be to improve management and to achieve savings in administrative processes and services provided in units. It should be borne in mind that the project will significantly facilitate access for people with disabilities to public services and enable them to participate actively in society. Inwestycja realizowana będzie w powiecie buskim w woj. świętokrzyskim. Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Stopnica, w projekcie biorą udział partnerzy: Gmina Wiślica Gmina Tuczępy Gmina Solec-Zdrój Gmina Pacanów Gmina Nowy Korczyn Realizacja projektu nastąpi w okresie: 19.11.2018-30.06.2020. Projekt zakłada realizację zadań, zgodnie z harmonogramem, a ich przeprowadzenie skutkować będzie powstaniem: 12 systemów teleinformatycznych 72 e-Usług na 3 poziomie dojrzałości 138 e-Usług na min. 4 poziomie dojrzałości W ramach inwestycji wprowadzone zostaną e-usługi o stopniu dojrzałości 3, 4 oraz 5. Inwestycja zakłada również modernizację systemów dziedzinowych. Przeprowadzony audyt w poszczególnych jednostkach wykazał konieczność dofinansowania elementów, bez których realizacja niniejszego projektu byłaby niemożliwa tj. modernizacja stron, a przede wszystkim zakup sprzętu i usług związanych z jego obsługą, wdrożeniem i konfiguracją. Wszelkie przewidziane działania są niezbędne do realizacji projektu i jego celów. Celem projektu jest upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dotyczących administracji publicznej. Głównym celem będzie udostępnienie nowych e-usług oraz zwiększenie dostępu do cyfrowej informacji sektora publicznego przez jednostki i umożliwienie mieszkańcom-potencjalnym interesantom korzystania z nowych e-usług publicznych. Natomiast celem szczegółowym będzie poprawa zarządzania oraz uzyskanie oszczędności procesów administracyjnych i świadczonych usług w jednostkach. Warto mieć na uwadze, iż projekt w znaczny sposób ułatwi dostęp osobom z niepełnosprawnościami do usług publicznych i umożliwi im aktywny udział w życiu społecznym.
