The subject of the project is to introduce changes in the model for managing the offer of companies forming a partnership by creating packages of services and products and offering their customers in a combined form. Three entrepreneurs decided to co-operate with the aim of co-implementing a project that will achieve increased sales of products and services and improve the economic situation of their companies in the open market. Since so far entrepreneurs have cooperated on the principle of ad hoc support in complementing and making the services offered more attractive, they decided to meet and explore the possibility of further cooperation. The project partners decided that the creation of a package sale would be beneficial for each company, it would meet the needs of the customers. The packages will consist of the following 8 services and products, configured in several versions: accommodation, catering, rental of recreational equipment (water bikes, kayaks, boats, deck chairs, fishing equipment), canoeing organisation, organisation of attractions in the form of a bicycle rally, organisation of an integration event with the use of other attractions (aquadami ride, paintball, exploration expedition, field competition), organisation of sailing yachts with helm, renting a yacht, service of sauna use, cottage. The project fits into the assumptions set out in SZOOP within the scope of Priority Axis 1 Intelligent Warmia and Mazury Economy, Measure 1.4 New business models and expansion, Submeasure 1.4.2 Packaging products and services. This scope is in line with the thematic objective of ROP 3.Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. The project will be implemented in the period from January 2019 to March 2020 through the purchase of construction works, equipment, floating equipment, vehicle, launch of e-commerce sales. Promotion and advertising of the project and packages. The project will be implemented by the Project Team with the Contract Engineer, and the manager of the package. The base place of the package service is the town (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wprowadzenie zmian w modelu zarządzania ofertą firm tworzących partnerstwo poprzez utworzenie pakietów usług i produktów i oferowanie ich klientom w formie połączonej. Trzech przedsiębiorców postanowiło podjąć współpracę w celu współrealizowania projektu w wyniku którego osiągną zwiększenie sprzedaży produktów i usług i poprawią sytuację ekonomiczną swoich firm na otwartym rynku. Ponieważ dotychczas przedsiębiorcy współpracowali na zasadzie doraźnego wspierania się w uzupełnianiu i uatrakcyjnianiu oferowanych usług, postanowili spotkać się i przeanalizować możliwość dalszej współpracy. Partnerzy projektu zdecydowali, że stworzenie sprzedaży pakietowej będzie korzystne dla każdej z firm, będzie odpowiadać na potrzeby klientów. Pakiety składać się będą z następujących 8 usług i produktów, skonfigurowanych w kilku wersjach: usługa noclegowa, gastronomiczna, wypożyczenia sprzętu rekreacyjnego (rowery wodne, kajaki, łódki, leżaki, sprzęt wędkarski), organizacji spływu kajakowego, organizacji atrakcji w postaci rajdu rowerowego, organizacji eventu integracyjnego z wykorzystaniem innych atrakcji (jazda quadami, paintball, wyprawa odkrywcza, współzawodnictwo terenowe), organizacja rejsu jachtem żaglowym ze sternikiem, wypożyczenie jachtu, usługa korzystania z sauny, chaty grillowej. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP w zakres Osi Priorytetowej 1 Inteligentna Gospodarka Warmii i Mazur, Działanie 1.4 Nowe modele biznesowe i ekspansja, Poddziałanie 1.4.2 Pakietowanie produktów i usług. Zakres ten wpisuje się w cel tematyczny RPO 3.Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od stycznia 2019 r. do marca 2020 roku poprzez zakup robót budowlanych, wyposażenia, sprzętu pływającego, pojazdu, uruchomienie sprzedaży e-commerce. Promocja i reklama projektu i pakietów. Projekt realizowany będzie przez Zespół projektowy z Inżynierem kontraktu, oraz managerem pakietu. Miejscem bazowym usługi pakietowej jest miejscowość (Polish)
