Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest zakup echokardiografu i rejestratorów holterowskich EKG i ciśnienia tętniczego krwi wraz z analizatorami oraz dodatkowymi modułami (model podstawowej i rozszerzonej oceny odcinka QT, model podstawowej i rozszerzonej analizy HRV, opcja oceny odcinka ST i epizodów niedokrwienia, opcja edycji prospektywnej, opcja oceny pracy stymulatora metodą histogramową i opcja wykrywania bezdechu obturacyjnego). Zakupiony sprzęt medyczny będzie postawiony do dyspozycji Poradni Kardiologicznej i Poradni Kardiologii Dziecięcej w Śląskim Centrum Rehabilitacji i Prewencji w Ustroniu. Wnioskodawca posiada najwyższy poziom referencyjności w zakresie rehabilitacji pacjentów po zawałach i operacjach serca oraz operacjach ortopedycznych i urazach, zatem ustawiczny wzrost liczby rehabilitowanych pacjentów powoduje konieczność zakup sprzętu do korzystania przez osoby w ostatnim etapie postępowania w ramach opieki koordynowanej (opieka kontrolna w ramach AOS).
