Bialmed has been active in the healthcare supply market since 1991. In terms of the number of tenders won in its industry, the company ranks second in the country supplying, among others, about 700 hospitals in Poland. This project The project consists of the purchase and implementation of the ERP class system in Bialmed and is the final stage of the expansion of the company based on a new warehouse located in Pisz. The project will be implemented in four stages: hardware purchase (servers, disk matrix, UPS backup power supply, server operating system – a detailed inventory of hardware is a financial schedule) necessary for software implementation, purchase and implementation of software, training staff on new software implemented in the enterprise and promotion of the project for new solutions. The new business model is based on a new ERP system consisting of the following modules: logistics and sales, finance and accounting, fixed assets, staff and wages, thus the range of changes covers 100 % of the processes in the enterprise.? According to the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM, SME projects to increase the share of information and communication technologies in company management can be supported, so the implementation of a new business model based on communication technologies in Bialmed (SMEs) fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP and the limits and limitations set out in the rules on eligibility of expenditure. Spółka Bialmed działa na rynku zaopatrzenia służby zdrowia od 1991 roku. Pod względem ilości wygranych przetargów w swojej branży firma zajmuje drugie miejsce w kraju zaopatrując między innymi około 700 szpitali w Polsce. Niniejszy projekt Projekt polega na zakupie i wdrożeniu systemu klasy ERP w spółce Bialmed i jest ostatnim etapem rozbudowy przedsiębiorstwa w oparciu o nowy magazyn zlokalizowany w Piszu. Projekt realizowany będzie w czterech etapach: zakupu sprzętu (serwery, macierz dyskowa, zasilacz awaryjny UPS, system operacyjny serwera - szczegółowe zestawienie sprzętu znajduje się harmonogramie rzeczowo finansowym) niezbędnego do wdrożenia oprogramowania, zakupu i wdrożenia oprogramowania, szkolenia personelu w zakresie nowego oprogramowania wdrożonego w przedsiębiorstwie oraz promocja projektu dotycząca nowych zastosowanych rozwiązań. Nowy model funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa jest oparty o nowy system ERP składający się z nastepujących modułów:? logistyka i sprzedaż, finanse i księgowość, środki trwałe, kadry i płace, tym samym zakres zmian obejmuje 100% procesów w przedsiębiorstwie.? Zgodnie z założeniami SzOOP RPO WiM wsparcie mogą uzyskać projekty MŚP polegające na zwiększeniu udziału technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem, tak więc wdrożenie nowego modelu biznesowego w oparciu o technologie informacyjno komunikacyjne w spółce Bialmed (MŚP) wpisuje się w założenia przyjęte w SzOOP oraz w limity i ograniczenia określone w zasadach kwalifikowalności wydatków.
