The object of the project is to increase the share of ICT in BOMA’s activities. Implemented solutions concern the integrated resource management of an ERP-class enterprise The company has identified 11 processes. The current use of ICT solutions in managing these processes is 46 % (5 out of 11). Scope of the project: 1. Purchase with the implementation of the above mentioned system 2. Purchase with implementation of systems extending the ERP system to work with peripheral devices 3. Purchase of external devices working with the system and generating data for the system 4. Training of employees Method of implementation: By an external entity in the framework of: —supply of a system including the implementation of the system – supply of equipment – training service for employees related to ERP system servicing The applicant, as a furniture manufacturer, operates in the area of smart specialisation: The applicant shall operate in the field of smart specialisation: Wood & Furniture Area: Production of MEBLI The project fits into the objectives of RPOWiM2014-2020 -CT3 “Strengthening the Competitiveness of SMEs” -PI3b. “Developing and implementing new business models for SMEs, in particular with a view to internationalisation” as it will create better conditions for the development of the Applicant (SMEs) as a result of the implementation of a new business model based on system-based information and communication solutions of the ERP class, thereby making better use of its potential, resulting in a qualitative adjustment of the offer to the requirements and expectations of customers, including in foreign markets. The project is an initial investment within the meaning of Rozp.651/2014: a fundamental change in the process; the cost of depreciation of assets (implementation nets) over the preceding 3 financial years was: 0,00 zlotys. Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału TiK w działalności BOMA. Wdrażane rozwiązania dotyczą zintegrowanego zarządzania zasobami przedsiębiorstwa klasy ERP W firmie zostało zidentyfikowanych 11 procesów. Obecny poziom wykorzystania rozwiązań TiK w zarządzaniu tymi procesami to 46% (5 z 11). Wdrażany system zapewni usprawnienie pozostałych 54% procesów (6 z 11), tj. kalkulacja wyrobów gotowych, planowanie produkcji, zarządzanie produkcją, zarządzanie gospodarką magazynową, kontrola jakości, reklamacje. Zakres projektu: 1. Zakup z wdrożeniem ww. systemu 2. Zakup z wdrożeniem systemów rozszerzających system ERP o pracę z urządzeniami peryferyjnymi 3. Zakup urządzeń zewnętrznych współpracujących z systemem i generujących dane do systemu 4. Przeszkolenie pracowników Sposób wdrożenia: Przez zewnętrzny podmiot w ramach: -dostawy systemu obejmującej wdrożenie systemu - dostawy sprzętu -usługi szkoleniowej dla pracowników związanej z obsługą systemu ERP Wnioskodawca, jako producent mebli, prowadzi działalność w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji: Wnioskodawca prowadzi działalność w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji: DREWNO I MEBLARSTWO Obszar: PRODUKCJA MEBLI Projekt wpisuje się w cele RPOWiM2014-2020 -CT3 „Wzmacnianie Konkurencyjności MŚP” -PI3b. „Opracowanie i wdrażanie nowych modeli biznesowych dla MŚP, w szczególności w celu umiędzynarodowienia” gdyż stworzy lepsze warunki do rozwoju Wnioskodawcy (MŚP) w wyniku wdrożenia nowego modelu biznesowego opartego o systemowe rozwiązania informacyjno – komunikacyjne klasy ERP, a tym samym pełniejszego wykorzystania posiadanego potencjału, co zaowocuje jakościowym dostosowaniem oferty do wymagań i oczekiwań klientów, w tym na rynkach zagranicznych. Projekt jest inwestycją początkową w rozumieniu Rozp.651/2014: zasadnicza zmiana procesu; koszt amortyzacji aktywów (wnip stanowiące podstawę wdrożenia) w ciągu poprzedzających 3 lat obrotowych wyniósł: 0,00 zł.
