Total cost of the project: 273 652,00 PLN Total eligible cost of the project: 273 529,00 PLN Description of problems identified: The necessity of implementing the project stems from the needs of the Cancer Municipality in terms of ensuring safety for both residents and the environment. The services responsible for maintaining safety in the municipality, due to outdated rescue equipment, are unable to carry out their duties in a fully satisfactory manner as well as the inhabitants. Despite well-trained firefighters, who systematically improve their skills and qualifications, shortages and basic equipment of combat vehicles, they do not always allow for efficient performance of tasks. The main objectives of the project are: • Reducing the effects of negative catastrophic phenomena • Increasing the efficiency of emergency services. • Increasing security in the region • Increasing effectiveness of rescue operations and removal of hazard effects • Increasing the efficiency of TSO units. Zakup wyposażenia nie zamontowanego na stałe: - Ponton - Ubrania wypornościowe - Agregat prądotwórczy - Zestaw ratownictwa medycznego. oraz: 3. Opracowanie studium wykonalności projektu 4. Opracowanie wniosku o dofinansowanie 5. Promocja projektu. Całkowity koszt projektu: 273 652,00 PLN Całkowity koszt kwalifik. projektu: 273 529,00 PLN Opis zidentyfikowanych problemów: Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z potrzeb z jakimi boryka się Gmina Raków w zakresie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa zarówno mieszkańcom jak i środowisku naturalnemu. Służby odpowiedzialne za utrzymanie bezpieczeństwa na terenie Gminy, z powodu przestarzałego sprzętu ratowniczego nie są w stanie realizować swoich obowiązków w sposób w pełni zadowalający ich jak i mieszkańców. Pomimo dobrze wyszkolonych strażaków, którzy systematycznie podnoszą swoje umiejętności i kwalifikacje, braki i leciwy sprzęt wozów bojowych, nie zawsze pozwalają na sprawne wykonywanie zadań. Podstawowe cele projektu obejmują: • Ograniczenie skutków występowania negatywnych zjawisk katastrofalnych • Zwiększenie efektywności funkcjonowania służb ratowniczych. • Zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa w regionie • Podniesienie skuteczności prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych oraz usuwania skutków zagrożeń • Podniesienie sprawności jednostek OSP.
