Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup nowego średniego uterenowionego 4x4 (kategorii II) samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego (GBA) na podwoziu RENAULT dla OSP w Mircu z silnikiem z zapłonem samoczynnym, spełniającym normę emisji EURO 6. Pojazd wyposażony w dwukomorowy zbiornik na wodę, w sprzęt łączności radiowej, w dwuzakresową autopompę, linię szybkiego natarcia, działko wodno – pianowe oraz funkcję ograniczenia stref skażeń. Samochód będący przedmiotem projektu wykorzystywany będzie do usuwania i ograniczenia skutków wypadków i katastrof drogowych i innych, w wyniku których może dojść do skażenia środowiska substancjami chemicznymi oraz do prowadzenia specjalistycznych działań ratowniczo gaśniczych w czasie klęsk żywiołowych. Celem bezpośrednim jest „Zwiększenie skuteczności przeciwdziałania zagrożeniom środowiskowym, zmniejszanie ich skutków, a także wzrost bezpieczeństwa środowiska naturalnego w gminie, poprzez zmniejszanie strat spowodowanych skutkami awarii technicznych wywołanych działalnością człowieka oraz strat spowodowanych nagłymi zjawiskami atmosferycznymi. Cele pośrednie: 1 zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego, 2 zwiększenie skuteczności przeciwdziałania skutkom klęsk żywiołowych oraz w usuwaniu skutków katastrof, 3 poprawa funkcjonowania systemu ratowniczo – gaśniczego i przeciwdziałanie zagrożeniom w gminie. 4 ochrona obiektów zabytkowych w Mircu, 5 zakup średniego uterenowionego samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego Projekt uwzględnia następujące wskaźniki: 1. Wskaźniki produktu: a) Liczba jednostek służb ratowniczych doposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof - wskaźnik kluczowy - 1, b) Liczba zakupionych wozów pożarniczych wyposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof - wskaźnik kluczowy - 1. 2. Wskaźniki specyficzne dla programu: a) Liczba osób objętych ochroną przed innymi niż powódź zagrożeniami - 8422. (Polish)

The vehicle subject to the project will be used to remove and reduce the effects of accidents and accidents of road and other accidents which may result in chemical contamination and to carry out specialised fire-extinguishing activities during natural disasters. The direct objective is to "enhance the effectiveness of the prevention of environmental risks, reduce their impact and increase environmental safety in the municipality, by reducing losses caused by technical accidents caused by human activities and losses caused by sudden atmospheric phenomena. Intermediate objectives: 1 reduce the level of environmental degradation, 2 increase the effectiveness of disaster prevention and disaster recovery, 3 improve the functioning of the rescue and fire-extinguishing system and counteract threats in the municipality. 4 protection of historic buildings in Mircu, 5 purchase of medium-sized inland rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle The project takes into account the following indicators: 1. Output indicators: a) Number of rescue services equipped with rescue and disaster relief equipment – key indicator – 1, (b) Number of fire trucks purchased with equipment for rescue and disaster relief – key indicator – 1. 2.
