As part of this investment, the next stage of partial modernisation of lighting in the Sitkówka-Nowina area is planned, consisting of replacing at the indicated 335 points of street lighting existing luminaires for modern LED luminaires type 30 W-70 W with a power reduction system, replacement of booms and installation of three hybrid lamps powered from wind turbine and photovoltaic cells. It is noted that this project is named ETAP III and is a continuation of the activities of the previous two stages of the modernisation of street lighting in the municipality. This modernisation will be carried out on an existing infrastructure without an intelligent lighting control system. The reduction in the capacity of the luminaires from 23.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. is included. The project is planned to be implemented in the period 05-12.2020, the investment does not require a construction permit. The total value of the project is equal to the eligible costs and amounts to PLN 510727.00, the value of the co-financing is PLN 434117.95. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and has been planned on the basis of lighting inventory and energy audit of lighting together with the costs of retrofitting. Annual electricity demand and low emissions will be reduced. The project is implemented by Sitkówka-Nowina Municipality. The project is not a revenue-generating project. The investment results from the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the municipality of Sitkówka-Nowiny. The project consists of: An estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) by 66.87 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; the amount of electricity saved. — 83,81 MWh/year, number of modernised sources of municipal lighting-338 pcs. W ramach niniejszej inwestycji planuje się kolejny etap częściowej modernizacji oświetlenia na terenie Gm. Sitkówka-Nowiny polegający na wymianie na wskazanych 335 punktach oświetlenia ulicznego dotychczasowych opraw na nowoczesne oprawy w technologii LED typu 30W-70W z systemem redukcji mocy, wymianę wysięgników oraz montaż trzech lamp hybrydowych zasilanych z turbiny wiatrowej i ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Nadmienia się, że niniejszy projekt ma w nazwie ETAP III i jest kontynuacją działań z poprzednich dwóch etapów modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie gminy. Modernizacja ta będzie przeprowadzona na istniejącej infrastrukturze, bez inteligentnego systemu sterowania oświetleniem. Uwzględniono redukcję mocy opraw w godz. od 23.00 do 4.00. Projekt zaplanowano do realizacji w okresie 05-12.2020r., inwestycja nie wymaga pozwolenia na budowę. Wartość całkowita projektu jest równa kosztom kwalifikowanym i wynosi 510727,00 zł, wartość dofinansowania to 434117,95 zł. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i został zaplanowany w oparciu o inwentaryzację oświetlenia i audyt energetyczny oświetlenia wraz z kosztami modernizacji. Nastąpi zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną oraz zmniejszenie niskiej emisji. Realizatorem projektu jest Gmina Sitkówka-Nowiny. Projekt nie jest projektem generującym dochód. Inwestycja wynika z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla gminy Sitkówka-Nowiny. Projekt zakłada: Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI 34) o 66,87 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektr. – 83,81 MWh/rok, liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł oświetlenia gminnego-338 szt. Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami osi priorytet. 3 dla priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4e – obniżona emisja substancji szkodliwych do powietrza. (Polish)
